So, I've had the displeasure of using this specific Walgreens pharmacy for the past three years. I say displeasure, because, Walgreens as a whole, has been nothing but a problem and I was forced to use them, for my meds, with Medicaid. When my doctors have made specific medical notes, WITH the scripts, that I NEED to take said meds starting by this or this date, it gets lost, 'deleted' without any notice or reason, or delayed for a week. The best one yet, took place last month (November 2024). I have UC and Gastroparesis with rapid weight fluctuation (lost 50lbs+ in a matter of three months, without trying) and my GI sent a script for meds to stop my GI seizes. Yeah, seizes. My stomach convulses and I can't eat or drink anything, and I pass out. Anyway, this location's dispensing pharmacist that day, told me it would be 'maybe a week, maybe more' to get the medication and refused to try and assist me in any way -- which is typical for them. That was unacceptable, especially since my GI specifically stated to BEGIN MEDICATION WITHIN NEXT THREE DAYS. Absolutely livid, I still remained respectful to the pharmacist. I did ask a QUESTION, though. I asked him what I would need to do, to change all of my scripts over to someone else -- this case, Walmart. First he said I'd have to call back for him to call and talk to Walmart's pharmacy, I reiterated it back to him, then he said 'no, just have them call us, it'll be no problem' and left it at that. It indeed was a problem. Walmart's pharmacy called to confirm and start the process of transferring all of my medications, only to be told that the specific GI medication, that I was supposed to BEGIN WITHIN THE NEXT THREE DAYS following, was completely erased from my file at this store, no prompt, nothing said, I found out when the Walmart pharmacist called and then told me. Even more livid, I had to wait for Monday (November 25th) to call my GI office and have them manually transfer it to Walmart, causing, yet again, a DELAY in care -- only to get a notification from that the specific Walgreens location, that it was trying to FILL the medications, INCLUDING the GI one. After being informed by Walmart's pharmacist that was told by the Walgreens pharmacist, at the aforementioned location, that 'it wasn't on file' with them. So, either someone screwed up, or their pharmacists (and I can assume all of those employed with Walgreens) are taught that if they screw up, they can lie about it and avoid consequences. Both aren't a great look for the company, either way. They need to train better employees. read more

The pharmacy staff was extremely rude. I went through the drive-thru, then was told I needed to come inside for them to take my insurance card from my phone. No problem! I went inside, only to find they misplaced my medication after grabbing it while I was in the drive-thru. The employees quarreled with each other about where it was and eventually located it. When he rang me up, he kept trying to get me to pay for it without insurance. I asked again for him to put in my insurance, and finally he agreed. He put it in incorrectly, and said it my insurance was inactive. I pushed and he tried again with an attitude. He seemed annoyed that I wasn't just going to pay for it. Finally, he asked for help from a coworker, who was immediately able to enter it correctly and it went through. The cost went from $35 to $4. When I paid, he handed me my prescription and I said thank you. He then turned his back to me without saying anything. read more

The poorest ran pharmacy on this planet. They do not follow up with problems with insurance payment which leads to waits longer then necessary. unwilling to accept that they should have handled things differently. They become rude and condescending. read more

Today I was given the incorrect prescription for my son. At the drive thru the woman was so overloaded & busy, so I somewhat understand. But medicine is not something that can be mistaken; it could mean life or death in extreme situations. I luckily opened the bag & looked to see someone else's prescription. Turned around, went back inside, and the woman was completely cold and rude towards me. The poor cashier at the pharmacy looked so confused but was very helpful, and I thank you for apologizing for the other woman's attitude and mishap. I have contacted corporate and I am eagerly awaiting to hear back with how they plan to rectify this situation & prevent it from happening again. To note, this is *not* the first time that this has happened. This is the 4th time a trip to this store involved someone with a wretched attitude. Going into this location is a nightmare. read more

I have received the best customer service from this location every time I pick up a prescription and other needed items. The pharmacy cashiers are awesome. Drive Thur crew is also terrific. read more

Very RUDE woman with blonde hair that works in the cosmetics dept! Today I was in here waiting on my prescriptions and so I went to browse in the cosmetics dept. The woman that works there came over and asked me if I needed help finding anything and I said no that I was killing time while waiting on my prescriptions. I was standing there looking at the perfume tester bottles and I picked one up and sprayed a bit on me and she FREAKED OUT!! Saying, "Oh no!! You can't spray that!!" I said it's a "tester" bottle, it has a sticker on it that says "Try Me". I said all these tester bottles have stickers on them that say "Try Me". She said well that's so people can spray them on a little card that I have on the other side of the counter. She said "I try to always stop people from spraying them." So APPARENTLY she's RUDE to EVERYONE like this! I've interacted with her in here before and quite honestly she is the most annoying employee I've ever interacted with there, if you go into Walgreens she's always right up in your grill, like annoying, pestering. She needs to CHILL!! So anyway I told her that probably lots of people spray those tester bottles on themselves, I mean they were half full LOL. And I also told her that if they don't want people spraying their tester bottles, take the stickers off them that say TRY ME!! geez!! I called the store manager who agreed with me, that there are no "rules" regarding the perfume tester bottles, and that you can certainly test them. I just won't be back to this Walgreens, that woman that works there is very off putting, RUDE, and just plain ANNOYING. Wouldn't hurt her to take a customer service class!! read more

Great Chair, Great Price and Quick Delivery! I bought this chair for my husband. It is wonderful, better than I expected. We have a SUV, I thought it would be too heavy for me to put in the SUV. I have no problem lifting the chair, i'm 5ft 1in. tall. It, works nicely in the house, it fits in all the doorways. I am seriously thinking of getting another one just like it. One to leave in the SUV, and one in the house! We love this chair and would highly recommend it. read more

I was at Walgreens and noticed that there were one or two people without mask. I ask some blonde lady in the perfume section if there were any thing that the Walgreens did about that. She told me if I had a problem to call the police. Walgreens could care less about my health. They just want my money. I love Walgreens, but this store needs to get one thing straight - not everyone visiting after 12AM who isn't white is there to steal things. My husband and I went into the store to get a few emergency baby items, and a female staff member followed us around for fifteen minutes. When we checked out, she refused to make eye contact which made me smile. Funny thing is, as we were leaving two white ladies were caught stealing ... I think you were following the wrong people around that night! read more

24 Hour pharmacy with friendly employees in photo, cosmetics, and pharmacy. Employee will walk you to the item you're looking for and it's easy to get assistance (unlike Wal*Mart). Quick fast prescription service and they even offer a discount Prescription Savings club for people without insurance. horrable service in phamacy !!!!!! i have never in my life been treated so bad. jeffery was so rude. i was treated like i was invisable and when they talked to me , it was like my service was a burden to fill my medicine. i wated four hours for them to finally get my medicine filled . i will n e v e r go back here. and i am calling walgreens corprate to let them know of my appaling treatment. do yourself a favor and dont go to the pharacy here. read more
