Despite the late hour, and having no appointment, my nails were fillet and polish beautifully by the young lady who works with the owner in the salon. I did not get her name, but she was quite polite, asked me questions about where I worked in but I did and was very interested and my answers. She didn'tRush or make it seem as though it was an inconvenience to do a fill for me that close to closing time. I had previously tried to get into two other highly rated salons that day, only to be rudely turned away. Apparently, everyone at lavish is too busy drinking that wine they offer to care about fitting in the customer before Friday. Regardless of the fact I came with a recommendation from one of the best clients. As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of word-of-mouth recommendations. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to try LeNail Salon In Battlefield Mall Near the mall entrance by Dillards. It's next to RackRoom shoes and is quietly elegant with the most courteous and polite friendly staff. I paid less for my nails originally and for my fill and gel polish than I would have at The other nail salons I had been told were so wonderful. All I can say is I have never been treated as politely and felt as comfortable and welcome as I do at LeNail. I will never go anywhere else for manicures, pedicures or any other services. 5+ stars! But real talk what are these nail shapes bc it's not what I asked for. The tech kept trying to pressure me to get them longer and saying she couldn't do the shape I want if they're that short. But they weren't that short bc they were long enough for her to completely ruin the shape. Honestly the more I look at how crooked my thumb nail is the madder I get. They use the same tools for everyone which isn't sanitary. One of the nail techs is a gentleman who only cares about his hand flourishes and doing everything in fast strokes so gel manicures turn out lumpy and sloppy. Overall just wouldn't come back here.

I noticed a girl getting her nails done with a male tech, and he seemed to be very meticulous. So i decided to come back for a gel mani before my bridal shower. That was a Thursday evening, and it's now Tuesday and almost every nail has chipped/torn off. When he did it I could tell he didn't care at all about the polish application. My cuticles also look like crap. The "massage" was not even close to that, more like an aggressively quick arm lotion rub.

REALLY? I have had my nails done way better the same style for 25-30$ I think it is ridiculous how much they charge. I asked the lady why so much and she said "because of the coffin shape and my nails were long. Mind you they aren't long at all. So $40 bc of length and shape and $10 for shellac. I could have went else where and got the same exact nails and a pedi for $50. I'm really upset I spent that much and could have gone elsewhere for better nails. The nails seem big and bulky to me . No water was offered and it felt rushed. I also didn't see a color I really wanted so I had to settle. So no I will not be going back. Save your money and go elsewhere. Update: 2/17 - one day after getting my full set/gel. Did the dishes this morning and now the gel has chipped and started to come off.

So, I've had the displeasure of using this specific Walgreens pharmacy for the past three years. I…read moresay displeasure, because, Walgreens as a whole, has been nothing but a problem and I was forced to use them, for my meds, with Medicaid. When my doctors have made specific medical notes, WITH the scripts, that I NEED to take said meds starting by this or this date, it gets lost, 'deleted' without any notice or reason, or delayed for a week. The best one yet, took place last month (November 2024). I have UC and Gastroparesis with rapid weight fluctuation (lost 50lbs+ in a matter of three months, without trying) and my GI sent a script for meds to stop my GI seizes. Yeah, seizes. My stomach convulses and I can't eat or drink anything, and I pass out. Anyway, this location's dispensing pharmacist that day, told me it would be 'maybe a week, maybe more' to get the medication and refused to try and assist me in any way -- which is typical for them. That was unacceptable, especially since my GI specifically stated to BEGIN MEDICATION WITHIN NEXT THREE DAYS. Absolutely livid, I still remained respectful to the pharmacist. I did ask a QUESTION, though. I asked him what I would need to do, to change all of my scripts over to someone else -- this case, Walmart. First he said I'd have to call back for him to call and talk to Walmart's pharmacy, I reiterated it back to him, then he said 'no, just have them call us, it'll be no problem' and left it at that. It indeed was a problem. Walmart's pharmacy called to confirm and start the process of transferring all of my medications, only to be told that the specific GI medication, that I was supposed to BEGIN WITHIN THE NEXT THREE DAYS following, was completely erased from my file at this store, no prompt, nothing said, I found out when the Walmart pharmacist called and then told me. Even more livid, I had to wait for Monday (November 25th) to call my GI office and have them manually transfer it to Walmart, causing, yet again, a DELAY in care -- only to get a notification from that the specific Walgreens location, that it was trying to FILL the medications, INCLUDING the GI one. After being informed by Walmart's pharmacist that was told by the Walgreens pharmacist, at the aforementioned location, that 'it wasn't on file' with them. So, either someone screwed up, or their pharmacists (and I can assume all of those employed with Walgreens) are taught that if they screw up, they can lie about it and avoid consequences. Both aren't a great look for the company, either way. They need to train better employees.
