    Went to CVS to get my flu shot and between filling out the papers, getting the shot and paying, it probably took 10 minutes at the absolute most. Went across the street with my boyfriend for him to get his flu shot here and it took a grand total of 45 minutes. They were not busy and were adequately staffed. They didn't seem to be in rush and totally wasted so much of our time.

    Absolute dogwater customer service and the pharmacy is trash. Takes forever to get ahold of anyone.

    This morning I tried to work through Walgreen's phone bot to find out the status of a prescription…read more After getting bogged down in the glitch-filled bot, I managed to get transferred to a human, who confirmed to me that my Rx had not been filled. This contradicted the message I got on their web app four days ago telling me that the Rx would be ready yesterday at noon. I asked why that would occur and the assistant accused me of being rude. This tack was also attempted by the pharmacist to whom I was transferred after a 5-minute hold. All I wanted was an acknowledgment that they had made a mistake and an apology. No such luck. The pharmacist, Tom (who refused to supply his last name) told me that he had called my doctor's office and gotten my Rx canceled. He explained that this was standard procedure with 'out of control' customers requesting a controlled substance. Nevermind the fact that I have not used this medication in over two years. I would be more forgiving if this were the first screw up by this pharmacy. It is, however, the SIXTH time I was given the information that a prescription was ready only to find out that it wasn't. Save your time. Avoid frustration. Stay away from Walgreen's, a company that can't take criticism.

The lady came and I…read moretold her and she said all appointments for today were cancelled and that I should have received an email. 1. I had no email saying it was cancelled. 2. She was irritated while telling me all this. I didn't even get upset or anything. I asked how do I reschedule and she goes, "Go back online!" Goodness. I'm getting tested because I'm having symptoms. I don't need to be yelled at by the pharmacy tech.
