Sometimes I'm told that my medication will be ready at a certain time and then it isn't. One time I put in refills on the app, was shown that they would be ready at 3:00 pm the next day, came in at 5:30 the next day, and was told that they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because the pharmacy had been very busy the last couple of days and they were just trying to fill what they could. Once they held all of my medications hostage until I purchased a prescription that they wanted me to purchase. Today I came in and dropped off two prescriptions after leaving the doctor's office. I asked to pick them up today before closing because I had missed my last appointment and was out. I came in to pick them up and was charged for seven prescriptions because my doctor had sent over refills for when I needed them refilled. Because I didn't need them and couldn't afford them, I was charged 50 cents per prescription to put them back. I am a single income single mom holding two side jobs just to get by. When I don't need something, I don't buy it. To top off the excellent service that they render, the staff are hateful. I've had them argue with me and yell at me twice now in front of other customers. This in itself is unprofessional enough, but I've also been told that I should have my doctor quit sending over refills or find another pharmacy. To finish it off, I found an unfamiliar pill in my nausea medication last weekend. When I did a search on it, it was an Alzheimer's pill. Not sure what it would have done to me if I'd taken it, but I wonder how many other people have had a pill that wasn't theirs slipped into their bottle. I'm definitely looking for a new pharmacy after today's incident. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here for their medication. As of 12/2/19, they have asked my doctor to tell me that it might be best if I find another pharmacy. Customer service at its finest.

One Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They offer services beyond filling prescriptions. Free delivery, compounding (which is hard to find) and both pharmacists are so helpful and supportive of their customers. They even have helped patients in their homes go over what pill bottles they have, help teach patients which medications to take, help discard expired or old medications. I've never seen that level of caring before from a pharmacy! I hope everyone in Palm Coast will stop going to overcrowded chain pharmacies and start using One Pharmacy!
