Pharmacy : Unfortunately I've always come to pick up medication at this pharmacy , I came before closing through the drive by area , and saw that they were still attending clients at the window , I told myself okay if they attend me great but I'm also okay if they inform me that they're closed , they proceeded with finishing up with the clients they were with glanced at me waiting in the window and decided to ignore that I was there , I was waiting at least to be informed that they're closed or something not just ignore me they clearly had seen me waiting . They even turned off the lights while I was still waiting by the window , that was very unprofessional in my opinion . read more

This review is for the pharmacist alone. I am due for my 3rd HPV shot today (01/13/2022), so I scheduled with them because my insurance had changed and for that reason I couldn't go to my clinic anymore. This pharmacist was rude and treated me unfairly! Right after she asked me when I had my second shot and I kindly explained to her that the clinic I went to for my 2nd shot scheduled me 4 months from today (so just count 4 months from now) She then told me she needed to know when. Ok fine, I pulled out my phone to look at my calendar to find out when, then she just stormed off. Got the answer she needed, but when she came back instead of resuming to help me, knowing the fact I stood there at the window waiting for her, she causally had a phone conversation (not prescription or patient related) with someone in front of me. My feeling was she purposely prolong the phone conversation to ignore helping me. Then she turned her back towards me and continued talking on the phone over 5 mins. I had to call out attention to the other nurse. So the nurse called her. She turned around and told me it's her job to know when (with an attitude). I told her "I have the answer for you but your wasting my time. I have somewhere I need to be!" She then told me it's going to be an hour wait and if I don't have time then go. Wow!!! Just threw it out there like I wouldn't know how long the procedure would take. I already had 2 shots done before. Never took 2 hours! Photo attached is the rude pharmacist and her name was Ly. I'm not going to let it go. This really infuriates me. Due to the fact I had to schedule to take off work an hour early for that appointment to make in time so I could go pick up my kids afterwards from school, but then she told me the wait was hour more! Customer service is the worst. I was was on hold for 20 mins for the pharmacy department. They pick up and put me back on hold for more than 5 times. Imagining while waiting for an agent to pick up, ring ring ring picked up then clicked the music turned back then repeated 5 more times. I felt like shit, thought someone was playing a prank or didn't care to ask before putting me back on hold. Oh well I cancelled all my orders and brought my business somewhere else. read more

Do not do pickups at this store. Understaffed to the point where I was waiting in line for 30 mins. Curbside pickup probably 10 mins. They also don't want to print out receipts which makes no sense. Terrible customer service, you have to wait in line for a long time just to get checked out. So many homeless people walking in and out of the store. They also won't price adjust for items that are different on their website online. read more

I went into the store. The parking lot was clean and the store was clean as I proceeded to check out. I'm standing in line there's nobody around there are two managers office side talking making eye contact me. I wait a little bit they see me. They say nothing finally after a while I say is anybody here, and then they get another girl to come ring me up while they continue their conversation absolutely deplorable attitude from the managers to managers talking while a customer is waiting and then they go to get someone else to ring me up. These two managers absolutely be written up. And the person who helped me was actually working while they were just talking. Also, I tried going online to find the corporate office phone number to complain to Walgreens corporate office every phone number you get off the Internet and then I also called the store and got a number that was also wrong. All the numbers are terrible, which leads me to believe Walgreens does not want to hear your complaints. They make it incredibly difficult to get a hold of corporate office. I will be going to a different place like Rite Aid or CVS. I will never go to that location or that store again. read more

I'm writing this review so that others are aware and don't get jabbed incorrect way on any kind of vaccine shots at Walgreens. Last Fri, I went in for Covid booster shot- that night I've never experienced such an excruciating arm pain. I took 2 Tylenol to ease the pain and tried to sleep but the pain was still there. I know that one of the side effect is sore arm but my past Covid shots were never like this, as this was a different level of arm pain where I couldn't move my arm at all. I called Teladoc the next day and Dr. Prescribed ibuprofen 600, and that eased my pain for that day but it's been more than a week now, and I still have some pain when I move my arm in a certain way and arm feels like something is not aligned right. If persists, I'd need to go see a doctor. After extensive research i found several articles with the same experience which is called Sirva-shot was not administered right and was jabbed too high on my shoulder instead of my deltoid muscle. Pharmacist should really be careful on this. Im now scared to get a shot! If you are planning to get a vaccine shot, please ask the pharmacist to place it at the right place-deltoid muscle so that you don't go thru this pain! I'm going to let Walgreens know that they should get trained regularly! read more

Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name... Ok, so they don't know my name...but they know exactly what I want from the back counter, AND they're always glad I came. The pharmacy is also great! They are efficient, fast, friendly, with exceptional customer service! We have to understand there is a process to be done once we hand in a prescription. The pharmacy has to work with our doctors, and insurance companies to provide us our meds. If there is a delay, it's really not their fault. We can't purchase our drugs the same way we would a bag of chips people! Stop hogging the counter!! So if you're impatient or feaning for your controlled meds, go elsewhere. :) read more

Don't really leave reviews for stores I go to, but just wanted to say really great service. Thank you to the staff for working all of this during this pandemic. I noticed that they were working with a really unpleasant customer who was threatening the staff, but the they handled it well. Everyone I've interacted with at the store today were extremely helpful, patient, and efficient. Shoutout to Maria who was my cashier! Had an issue with my credit card at one of the registers and she quickly moved me over and rescanned all the things that I had on hand (and I had so many). Wtf, seriously, I asked the cashier politely if he can help me apply a coupon since it said I can redeem it paperless. Straight up told me I could not since the product does not look like the one in the coupon. Before showing him the coupon I reread the term and condition, and the description multiple times. First, I thought maybe it was my mistake, and out of curiosity I decided to order on the website to see if the coupon did not apply like he claimed. It worked!! I've had mixed experiences at this location. One visit went well, staff was friendly, prompt and I had no issues whatsoever. The other visits, however, made me really question store managements' choices. I had one drive-up order that ended up taking so long that I literally said F*it because I was in a hurry and went inside to Pickup from the counter (which took additional time). My latest visit felt like I had to teach a young staff member how to do a charge-back on a purchase because the store's inventory had not been updated to reflect out of stock items and I decided to cancel one of my items because it was not worth buying. I felt so sorry for the kid because se seemed lost and completely confused and was obviously not trained. Don't stick staffing on the floor unless they are trained first, its a huge reflection of your own skills and experience. read more

This pharmacy is the worst customer service I've ever endured. Ly K., the pharmacy manager has the bedside manner of a lousy bedbug. Her unprofessional and rude temperament especially surfaces if you arrive 10 minutes before they close. She literally refused to complete my prescription details when the clock struck 9:00, even though the transaction was not complete. I adamantly refused to leave until she finished with the service she started. At 9:03 pm the prescription details were complete, and I thanked her for taking 3 extra minutes out of her precious time and she responded, "it not me, it corporate regulation. You go to 24 hour next time." Walgreens, if it is your regulation to close the pharmacy slider on your customers before the transaction is complete, for shame! If not, then your pharmacist manager is turning away your customers. read more

The pharmacy here is great! They are always super fast and efficient. I never have to wait longer than 45 mins - an hour to have my prescription filled. They are also very friendly. I wonder though if they can do anything about the homeless, prostitutes, and all the people loitering outside?. I get off work late at night, and I'm always way to uncomfortable to stop on my way home. I hate having to wait until day light, and even then there are tons of creepy people outside. read more

I went to this walgreens to pick up 2 "8x10" pictures i got for free off my Tmobile tuesday app. Well when i went to the photography desk and this blonde white lady attended me very rude. I told her i was picking up 2 pictures, both were under my name but one was for someone else but that person couldnt come along. And she told me "you know its one picture per household", like ok? One it said on the tmobile promotion "1 PER CUSTOMER" not "1 PER HOUSEHOLD" and for her to make a stupid remark like that was unnecessary. I just thought to myself "wow first there is a limit on food and now on pictures? What a joke!!" Never comming back here ever again, rather drive to a different walgreens than come to this one and get spoken to rude. This Walgreens is in a sketchy neighborhood and I wouldn't go through the drive thru after dark. Drive thru located in the back of the building and there's paper and trash all over the place. There is no visibility from the street. So if something goes down back there, you're on your own. That having been said, it's still better than the Walgreens at Euclid and Chapman. read more

Seriously, who eats out of a Blue Diamond almond can and then puts it back for someone like me to buy? Well, there happened to be a sale, and I love Blue Diamond almonds, so I grabbed 6. Customer service needs improvement.. when you ask a question the clerks act as if you are bothering them. They hate processing coupons or giving out rainchecks. I went here to get a prescription filled after having my wisdom teeth out. I was in pain. Had been to 3 other places that didnt have the norco prescription in stock. So I am standing in pain. I get called after waiting 15 minutes in line. I hand over my prescription the lady asks for my other insurance. I handed her the only card I had. It wasnt the right one. So I asked how much without the insurance. She takes 10 minutes to do some basic addition. Then tells me 52 something. I said ok. Pulled out 3 20's. She couldnt take them yet. But she needed my ID and the prescription I would pay after. So I said ok. And went to sit down. So I sit for 20 minutes. I am in pain. My jaw is killing me. Lady comes out and hands me my ID and tells me it will be another hour. I said my jaw was in pain and I had just had surgery. Asked if they could expedite it in any way. She said first come first server. So I asked for the prescription back. And when she handed it over I ripped it up and tossed it on the floor. Then I went and found some ibuprofen and checked out at the counter and went home. I was in pain. Asking for help and they didnt care. I will never go back here and I dont encourage anyone else either. read more

Honesty there is a little place in my heart that is devoted to this place. since I live like two seconds away from this place I go there for every thing! from milk, to toilet paper from, light bulbs to shampoo. We went in to buy a couple of books of stamps this morning because we didn't have time during the day to go to the post office, and we had to get our wedding invitations out. The man at the register REFUSED to sell us stamps, even though he said he had enough. He told us he "wanted to save the rest in case someone else needed them." WE NEEDED THEM! Prick should be fired.
