Normally there's nothing wrong when going to any 7-11 to get some quick snacks at anytime. Been going here almost everyday during lunch break and it's recommended to have 7-11 rewards. The complimentary condiments is now only for hot dogs and not taquitos. Seriously? First off, they have no signs on the taquitos on indicating which one it is since they have only "still heating." There is no sign indicating on the condiments that it should only be use for hot dogs. The condiments on taquitos is one of the reasons to go here but not anymore read more

I came here with a friend to pick up a pizza I had ordered through the app. I've been coming to this location since 2018 and have never had any issues picking up an order. This time, however, there was a new employee who gave me an extremely rude attitude. I had already shown him the order number and the name on the order, but he kept acting as if that wasn't enough. He barely acknowledged me, didn't make eye contact, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. It was a very unpleasant experience and not what I've come to expect from this location. I've never been one to go into a corner convenience store- nothing against them, just not my cup of tea. Today, I walked with my niece and nephew to grab a quick ice cream. The employee at the register was very nice, and was moving the line quickly. My nephew was very excited it was his birthday today, and said it out loud. The woman gave him a free slice of pizza. I mean, how sweet is that? Also, I've personally been looking for the Flamin Hot Asteroids for months now- and haven't allowed myself to spend $5 a bag on Amazon for them. They had them! (Unfortunately, there's no more- cause I purchased the last 10 remaining bags. Sorry not sorry.) The facility is kept clean, and they have a wide variety of items. Will be back if needed. read more

Wow!!! Going from my last review below, this 7-11 has done a complete 360. I really wasn't kidding when I threatened to file formal complaints with the State Health Agency on the condition of this location's food products, nor was I kidding when I said I would file a complaint with the CA Lottery Commission on the Middle Eastern employee's refusal to sell Lottery products to Asian customers. And I definitely was not kidding when I said I'd complain with 7-11 Corporate. Apparently I wasn't the only peeved customer. I was contacted recently and advised that the previous franchised owner of the store was essentially removed and it is currently corporate owned. I stopped by this location today and found that the store was definitely a lot cleaner, fresher smelling and brighter than it was before. The clerks were all cheerful, friendly and welcoming - and I did manage to snag a few lucky lotto tickets. The real star of this review however is Corporate 7-11 and the CA Lottery Commission for taking my complaint seriously. Most corporations will turn an eye when something goes wrong, but these two entities took my complaints seriously enough to investigate and take action. This used to be my most frequented 7-11 spot considering its proximity to my house, and I only stopped going after one too many times dealing with the rude employee (from my previous review) - however, after today, I am happy to say that I'll be a regular again. read more

Was able to get my slice of pizza for $.50 with the app. Earned 400 points because I bought 4 snapple. Bought an extra slice for less than $1. The older gentleman was nice and the younger one seem knowledgeable of their store app. I was worried they didnt know what I was talking about. Never tried being allowed to pay $.50 for a slice of pizza before so I thought the cashier would give me a problem if I tried but luckily everything went smoothly. I had all my pages screen shot in case internet took long to load or caused some other problem so that I can have it ready to show them if they rejected me. This 7-11 has done a complete 180! The customer service has vastly improved since the last several years I've frequented here. I had so many sour experiences here about a decade ago that I've had to file a complaint with 7-11 corporate. I even got a call back from corporate to address my concerns! Nice to see that their corporate office does care about customer concerns! Management and customer service a decade ago and prior was so grouchy and rude, that when they switched up management, they had signs around the 7-11 a couple years ago advertising, "Now Under New Management!" Seems reflective and appropriate of how bad the old management was. I'm glad I can walk into this 7-11 now and make my purchases hassle-free. No more issues, delays, and callousness thanks to the better workers! Props to 7-11 for fixing the kinks! read more

I'm not one to complain or write reviews but this location needs to fire the man that works nights. My friend and I went in around 12:10-12:15 to grab some drinks. And first of all he didn't even ID us, yeah we are over 21 but to my understanding you should always ID someone buying alcohol. Then after that he made a comment towards me saying "he liked what he saw" which made me super uncomfortable my friend asked if he was talking about my necklace and his response was no something else. We asked him nicely if he could stop staring at me because I was feeling super uncomfortable. My friend walked away to grab some straws and he started to bite his lips and kept staring at me, I finally yelled at him to stop but he continued to stare. My friend finally asked for the store number and his card and he got defensive and started to take off his name tag because he knew we were going to report him. He did give us one receipt which was my friends but not mine. I tried to call the store multiple times to report him but no one has answered my call or my friends. Why does that man still work here?!? Worst 7-11 I have ever been to. The cashier (and now I know his name, Kamal Singh, based on the countless reviews below) is unbelievably rude and discriminatory/racist. My friends and I came by to pick up some beer. 2 of them went to the beer aisle while I tried to get Kamal's attention to open the door for us to access the beer. He ignores me, keeps staring at my friends that were waiting in front of the fridge door for him to open. I ask him "sir, what are you doing? Those are my friends and we are just asking you to unlock the fridge so we can grab the beer". He stares at me with super unfriendly eyes, goes, "I know what I'm doing. Don't tell me what to do. Do you understand what I'm saying? Do you understand?" In a very rude and condescending tone as if I don't understand English or I don't have the mental capacity to know what he is doing. He was obviously keeping track of my friends to see if they were thieves. Dude! We literally walked in to the 7-11 together and headed straight to the beer aisle. No one was lurking around or anything. I am beyond frustrated at what poor character this person has, what poor judgment he has and why the hell he is even working in the customer service industry. This 7-Eleven would not honor its own coupon cards that clearly stated you can redeem a free pizza and hot dog before the expired date. If you cannot live up to your promotion then do not offer it. They wrote on a piece of paper and stuck it on the cashier register that they do not accept coupons anymore. They would not give reasons as to why they would not accept it. I HATE this place, as does my dad. We stopped in the other day for a coffee refill and a snack before doing a wedding set up since it was on the way. Walking in, we showed the man our coffee cup and proceeded to the coffee station. All the while, he was staring at us. During payment, he asked gruffly, "You take that from here?" I said, "No, it's a refill." My dad answered, "Yeah. I thought you saw me come in with it? I showed it to you." He answers very harshly, "I just ask! You say yes or no. That's all! $2.00!" It appears there's a shared consensus about this place. My friend's family owns the Uyen Thy Bistro right next to this 7 Eleven. I head over there almost everytime I visit to grab a Twix ice cream bar, 'cause I'm a fatty and it's derrrricious. There's adequate parking in the area. The only thing is there are entrances and exits in excess all around the convenient store; so there's crazy drivers speeding in and out every so often. The inside is a normal 7 Eleven. Nothing special. As long as there are Twix ice cream bars I could care less. There's no public restroom so if you need to tinkle, this isn't the spot. My biggest gripe is the customer service here. I won't say any names or describe to you the person but I would say he works there the most. He absolutely hates Asians. All my friends say that they have the same experiences with him. I tried to buy a lottery ticket there once - I lost - and he said that he was out of tickets; which made absolutely no sense. I leave and my Mexican friend goes in there and gets a ticket no problem. Never a pleasant experience with this guy working. I don't let him bother me these days; as long as he trades me a Twix ice cream bar for my 2 bucks, I'll continue to go there. read more

This is only for their ice coffee which tasted really sweet and somewhat like french vanilla but off. The coffee itself is pretty weak itself but that after taste is what I can't stop thinking about.
