Look not everybody wants to steal your $5 makeup stop thinking your Sephora. On that note they carry pretty much everything you would need on a late night run. I was check out the clearance aisle end cap which is usually towards the back and it was currently an extra 70% off the already reduced price..... so I got things like Old Spice men's body spray for $0.60 and a pack of crayons for like $0.09 who can beat that... The only reason I come here is to print photos. I've been printing photos on the CVS app forever. It's quick and easy to upload photos to my account and then find a nearby location to pick them up at. Every time I've tried in stores it's always an issue (or the computer doesn't work.) If I do it online I know when my order will be ready and I get a message if there's any issues. I went to pick up my order this evening. I printed off about 15 4 x6's for some frames. I stood in line, rang the bell and waited for assistance. A man walks behind the counter to help. I tell him I'm picking up a photo order and he immediately huffs. I told him my last name and what I was picking up. He couldn't find my photos although I had confirmation my order was ready. At last he found my photos. This is how the conversation went. Employee: You should just do this in store. We prefer it that way. Me: I'm sorry, I did it work. It's easy and convenient. I prefer it that way. Employee: Oh. *scans barcode* Me: Can I please use my CVS card? I have a coupon. Employee: *Huffs* You should use your 40% off on something else. It expires at midnight. Me: That's okay. I'd like to use it on this. The whole conversation lasted longer than need me and I'm stuck feeling uncomfortable. I find it weird when people chime in with their opinions when you're simply trying to get on with your day. I highly recommend the app, however. CVS always has great deals on photos and other gifts!

But I find myself at this Ulta location (and others) often. Reason? I have a 14 year old daughter who loves this place, and now a 11 year old who loves coming here too. The store is very clean and organized. The employees are plentiful and willing to help. In fact, sometimes you will get 6 employees asking you if you need help while there. Maybe it's a little too much, but at least they aren't short staffed like a lot of places still. The prices are good, and they are consistently running some sale or promotion. The best thing is their rewards program. They are constantly sending coupons to my email. In the last week alone, between my daughter and I, we had 4 coupons to use. One was $3.50 off $15, another was $5 off $10 and 2 coupons for $5 off $20. We used the first 2 coupon and bought $25 worth of products for only $16 and change. Definitely sign up for the rewards program, it worth it. The best thing about Ulta, is that you can try everything before you buy it. They have samples out and disposable applicators for you to try the products before you purchase it. Another great thing, their return policy. Simply keep your receipt. If you're not pleased with a product, after you get it home, return it for your money back. I love a good guarantee like that. The 2 Ulta stores I have been into both get 4 stars from me. Ive even gotten my oldest daughter's second piercing at an Ulta store. Very clean and hygienic procedure and a great price.
