They filled the one and forgot the other. I asked them to call me when both prescriptions we're done. Everyday I got a text and a call saying my prescription was done. I asked if it was both and they said no. I again repeated, call me when both are done since I need to take them together. Next day, more calls and texts about 1. They never get it right. Even started filling prescriptions I haven't had refilled in a year. Not sure why that started. Now they are trying to fill one prescription, when I have a 60 pills left but are not filling the one that is empty. I give up and going elsewhere.

She began to question if I was at the Ray store and then began to repeatedly asked me if it's a pharmacy order which clearly I told her it is a retail ready upfront counter order and acted like she didn't have access to see it and stores typically say the order is ready through the app and that's why drivers go to the store to pick it up and after waiting patiently for 10 to 15 minutes as I finally get the order as I'm walking out the door she calls me dumb and I go back in and confront her, which she denies and switch the word to Rudy which I have on video and clearly she said I'm very dumb. So if you're a smart shopper, don't deal with nonsense like this from places that don't do their job and are rude call you rude instead and dumb for being unhappy with what they do for a living.

Exception is the pharmacy, of course, where many customers prefer to to pick one and stick with it. Aisles are wide and well stocked with merchandise that appeals to a broad range of individuals. Not once apologizing for their mistake but blaming a "glitch". When calling I kept getting pushed to voicemail and was forced to leave a message and wait for a call to resolve the issue.
