It dives deep into the mindset, the comfort measures, the birthing positions, and everything you can do to prepare yourself for a smoother birth. I found myself benefiting a great deal from this class. It was also a intimiate in-person class that you can practice different techniques and ask all the questions you have in mind. Jaely is a great lecturer and I feel a lot more prepared after the birth class.
