It is full of some really amazing scents that you notice the second you walk in. There are premade items as well as empty bottles so that you can make your own signature scent. The very nice lady had us smell around 400 different scents and choose the ones that appealed to us the most. Then we had to choose how we wanted it- in a room spray, body spray, Cologne , lotion or shampoo. I think there are others but I can't remember. We chose the body spray. For about $25 we had our own signature scented body spray! A month later I'm still loving it. What a fun gift this would make, or a fun place to take the teens for a few hours :) The only downside was, I think some of the scents were expired, as they were definitely not a good scent as they should've been, but I didn't mind since there were so many others to chose from :) we will be back!

Dr. DesRoches has the latest photogrammetry tech (think 3D scanning and NO casting!) and spent a lot of her time researching and coming up with a personalized treatment plan for me to come up with the best solution. Note: there are not many orthodontists out there that are going to put in this much time and effort for each individual patient. I have seen many for consults. She was also able to, with my specific case, provide a 3D animation of the tooth movement and progress that would happen during treatment so you can visualize how every tooth will fit once treatment is completed. I highly recommend her and her practice and it looks like I will be going with her to complete my treatment out of a couple of orthodontists based on her personal investment in the result of the patient.

I've had 3 visits with Sussex Family Dental and its gone from bad to worse! The Dental Technician…read morehad stiletto fake fingernails that sliced up my gums during my cleaning. The dentist told my my teeth roots were deteriorating and I need implants which I've never heard from my previous dentist. Makes me think they are pushing implants for money. The teeth cleaning I've received there are not as thorough as I've always had throughout my life, thankfully I take care of my teeth. 6/28/2024 I stopped in and made an appointment for 7/2/2024 GREAT! 7/1/2024 while I was in a Doctor's appointment I missed the dentist call. By the time I finished with x-rays it was beyond their office hours. The message was whispered and I could only make out Dentist and need reschedule. I called 9am 7/2/2024 and the same whispering receptionist is blaming me for rescheduling!!! Apparently since I didn't answer their call while with my Doctor and didn't confirm my appointment they canceled my appointment!! THAT IS CRAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I just made the appointment, ofcourse I plan to be at my appointment! I could walk in and make an appointment in 5 days but now that the rude whispering receptionist who enjoyed canceling my appointment states I can't get rescheduled for 8 months!!! No appointments until 1/4/2025 atleast!!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! When I made appointment this confirming appointment the day before was not mentioned at all or I would have called before my Doctor's appointment! This is so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For mediocre care Sussex Family Dental is not worth your time and dental care.
