She has 15+ years of experience, she's a perfectionist (no crooked or lopsided piercings!) and she had tons options of quality ear jewelry for my little one. Dory did my daughter ear piercing and she totally messed it up. Initially I didn't noticed it was crooked until I got to the car. Not only did Dory let us leave, she KNEW it was messed up before we walked out the door but didn't say anything. She was full of excuses! Didn't even give a refund. read more

Couldn't be any happier! Kristen pierced my 11 month old daughter and did a great job. previously went to another place that did not do such a great job and had to come see Kristen for a re-piercing. would also like to add that they have a great selection of earrings to choose from. highly recommend all parents to bring their children here. thank you Kristen!! read more

Best place to get your daughter's ears pierced!! Kristin and Melissa were great and did both ears at the same time. My daughter was so nervous and they did such a great job that she didn't even have time to think about crying. It was a great experience and the price is awesome!! I got her white gold earring that come with a special flat backing so they don't bother the little ones when they sleep. The crystals is the flower are real, and the price for the earrings and the piercing was about seventy dollars. I like that everything is sealed and sterile. read more

I had my 9 year olds daughter's ears pierced here. The ladies did a great job! I made an appointment and the owner came in on her day off so both ears could be done at one time. They have a new device that pierces them more easily without the regular gun method. The device even puts the back on the ear at the same time. She took care to get it in the correct spot. My daughter said it really didn't even hurt. The cost was very reasonable as well. They piece the ears of several hundred people per year, and they both have many years of experience, so it's definitely a good place to go! read more

I took my 10 month old to get her ears pierced today, and I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience. The owner of the store was working when we walked in, and she got us set right up. I was a mess, but she assured me she had 20 years of experience, and that she pierces ears all day, everyday. She said she was a perfectionist, and promised me no crooked holes! She lived up to everything she said, and the piercing went perfect! I will recommend this place to anyone looking to get their ears, or their daughters ears, pierced in the future. read more

I also took my 5 year old daughter in for ear piercing on the recommendation of a friend. The ladies were welcoming and kind, very patient with her, and were able to pierce both ears at once. They did a wonderful job! They were so quick my (overly dramatic) kiddo didn't even have time to worry/be upset! And the holes are perfect and straight. Thank you! read more

I love Merle Norman cosmetics, but skip this location. On my last visit, there was lots of signage for a free gift with purchase, but I didn't get one. When I went back in to ask about it, I was told that she had run out. Since I love the free gifts and lots of samples that the other studios give out, I won't be back. read more

I brought my 3 months old twins in to the 2920 location for ear piercing. The store owner did the piercings and she did a fantastic job. She would not complete the piercings until she was absolutely positive they were perfect and i agreed. She was also super sweet to my girls. I am recommending this location to all of my friends and family. I couldn't be happier :) read more
