During my second visit, the treatment was shorted, and when I brought it up, both Gloria and the owner, Nicole, tried over and over to make me pay for treatments I had already paid for. Despite having proof of my purchase, they completely ignored it and even refused to give me access to the machinerecords that could show what was actually done. When selling the treatments, the staff and owner are extremely friendly, charming, and persuasive, making you feel comfortable and like you're getting a great deal. But once you pay, they switch completely -- suddenly you are ignored, dismissed, and treated as if they are doing you a favor, even though you already paid in full. They lie, mislead, and try to make you feel like the problem is yours, not theirs. I felt pressured, disrespected, and completely taken advantage of. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a business. They promised a complete treatment package, but what I got was half-done, shorted, and mishandled, and instead of fixing it, they tried to squeeze even more money out of me. Warning to anyone considering Gulf Cosmetics: Do not trust their words. Do not pay a single penny without proper documentation. Make sure you get everything in writing and have proof of every treatment or payment. This clinic is all charm and friendliness at first, but once your money is in their hands, you are treated like an inconvenience, ignored, and pressured for more money. based on my experience, I would never go back, and I would warn everyone I know to stay away. It's thick and dry and color tends to turn orange every chance it gets. I want to Sallys because I needed to at least do my roots as I have TONS of grey. While there the staff was incredible! And I do mean incredible. The attendant showed me what products to color with and she helped me find products for my hair. Please note I spend $$$ on products! I have tried Bondi Boost, Ola Plex, Redken and the list goes on and on. EVERY product I find that claims to repair or help with hair loss I buy without hesitation! This angel at Sally explained that I keep using products for damages hair and that my hair isn't in fact damaged. She pointed me to a shampoo/conditioner/hair treatment and heat protectant. When I tell you that I am wearing my hair down again after SO along! I feel so incredibly grateful to hers! I was beginning to thing maybe I had hard water at home. I was not disappointed! The young men that helped me, Ben l, was very knowledgeable, I told him my problem with wigs, which is that they never fit. Apparently, I have a really small head, I had brought one of my own wigs in anticipation of hoping that he could help me understand it. Ben looked at it, saw the problem and immediately got to modifying it for me and now it fits perfect! I also purchased a synthetic wig which I have never done before. I always purchased human hair wigs, but I really loved the cut of this wig and I loved how easy it was to put on. Those usually fit better but again it was too big for me, but he quickly got to customizing it for me so that it fit just right. Women who find themselves in my position are put in a world that is overwhelming and they don't understand while also dealing with a horrible thing for a woman, and that is to lose her hair, in my case I always had thick long hair at one time my hair went all the way to the back of my knees, but for the last 30 years, it has been at my waist, this has been a heartbreaking experience, so it's nice to come across people who care, understand, and I moved to action, Ben didn't charge me to fix my wig, I learned a lot from him. I hope that I can go back to Oregon and fix my other ones. Posting pictures of the wig I purchased, most of my wigs are long like my hair was just because that's what I was used to, but I like this short version, now I'm going to look for one in human hair, the one thing I didn't like about this wig is it tangled very easily the hair was soft, but definitely feels like synthetic.

This hidden gem in the heart of Downtown New Port Richey has room after room of treasures, from fairy themed gifts to cute accessories and boutique clothing to Disney inspired everything. Everywhere I turned, I found something more adorable and interesting than the last, and every item in the boutique was so unique and whimsical. I fell in love with their felt bird feeders shaped like a carriage and the spinning organizers filled with whimsical earrings to match every niche interest you could have. And the prices aren't bad at all. Many earrings I saw were between $15-20 and they had great sales on their boutique clothing. I'm headed straight there the next time I need a gift for my friends (or myself).
