The employees are usually friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service, which is why Publix is my favorite grocery store. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location today was disappointing. When I asked the deli employee if I could purchase popcorn chicken by weight and have about half a cup filled, she responded very rudely and told me they don't do that and that I had to buy one of the pre-filled large cups. I understand that different stores or departments may have different policies, and I had no problem buying the larger cup instead. My concern wasn't the policy--it was the way I was treated. At every other Publix I've visited, the deli staff has gladly filled the amount I requested and sold it by weight, so I was surprised by both the response and the attitude. I simply believe customers should be treated with kindness and respect, even when the answer is no. I hope management can remind their staff that courteous customer service is one of the things that makes Publix stand out. I know this experience isn't typical of the excellent service I've received at other Publix locations.

Needed some photos copied, in the electronics dept. Of the 3 computers, only one was working and…read moresomeone had broken a piece of a memory stick off, into the slot. One of the elecetronics employees worked, using all kinds of little pieces of things to get that usb slot freed of whatever was broken and stuck in it. He fixed it and I was able to print photos. Unfortunately, many of them weren't printed right, so I had to return to get them reprinted. An employee, Gael, helped me. He edited several photos and reprinted them for me, then helped me select a security camera. Super helpful and a true asset to the store and electronics dept. Gael is very young but, I see a great future in whatever he does. Kudos to him. I want to add that, I have never had an issue with returning any item here. Any employee that's helped me during a return has been really kind and respectful. ( wish I could remember the lady that helped me the last time I was there for a return. She was great!) Working in returns can be pretty unpleasant but, I have never been treated poorly there.

Our RX wasn't filled by Walgreens due to a Pharm who decided she "wasn't comfortable" filling what the Dr ordered even tho they had provided the same medication 3 times YTD, approved by Insurance, and strongly encouraged by Physician. (It was ridiculous and Ben recognized that.) He stepped up and filled within same day. His communication was exceptional & his attitude incredibly empathetic & professional; he took a proactive role in getting the Rx transferred. It's an incredible gift to provide for your patients with confidence. I recommend them so highly! We are grateful and blessed to have them in our Community at large.

Always constantly fighting to get my medicines on time. fighting to get them filled the way they are prescribed.. and these guys got it done in one shot! went there one day and the next day they had everything that I needed. I cannot be happier. after going through a chain of drugstores with horrible customer service I could not be more pleased... since I am chronically ill this was important to me, so I thought I would definitely review & post.
