After my horrible interaction with SHYLIN I will be switching to a different pharmacy altogether. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I waited through the drive through for a good 20 minutes just to be told if I want to use my goodRX I have to circle around and wait in line again. (Makes no sense, as one month ago this wasn't the case) but I said fine so I went inside. I proceeded to wait in another line. When I finally got up to SHYLIN, she told me I'd have to step over to another line. At this point I was frustrated so I said "this is ridiculous. Just charge me full price. Whatever." Then as I'm waiting I'm having a conversation on the phone complaining about this ordeal. SHYLIN took it upon herself to interrupt my conversation to very rudely say "i LITERALLY told you to go right over there there is NO line." This caught me off guard as I wasn't speaking to her so when I let her know she shouldn't be talking to me like that she proceeded to tell me I'm VERY rude. I continued to tell her that her disrespect was unnecessary and asked to speak to her manager. Then she followed it up with a rude little comment saying "oh yeah the line I told you three times already there's nobody in." At that point I walked out. Completely unnecessary and rude. I will 100% not be returning here. I hope someone gives these pharmacy techs a refresher course on how to interact with customers. read more

Has to be one of the worse pharmacy on the face of the earth. Belligerent on the phone if you can even get through.

Pharmacy is despicable and awful. Called an hour before close and was assured my rx for my sick husband would be filled by the morning. I call at 10am, 2 hours after they open, and am told they never did anything with it and call back later they're too busy. I said no I want to speak to the pharmacist. They left me on hold for almost 40 minutes before I hung up. Only reason I wasn't filling at my usual Publix is because they didn't have the medication and we needed it ASAP. Avoid this place, they could care less about peoples health. read more

Another CVS, not my favorite store, but convient. I really don't like how they are set up, things just seem out of place. I hate the vouchers to entice you to return in a few days. If I am here today, hopefully I won't need to return in the next few days. Just a ploy to get you back inside & get more $$$$. Stores that toy with me & give me supposed savings, that I will never use, fall to the bottom of my list. I use CVS in emergencies, for convenience & to grab items on sale. I always find it odd, how few people are usually in the store. What's a girl to do? As with all stores take the good & in this case, go as seldom as possible. read more

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. takes forever to get meds, filled. people are rude and unprofessional. they have several people working but can't answer the phone, bad attitudes poor work ethic and needs immediate attention from upper management. 2 years later and still absolutely the worst CVS location I have ever experienced. shameful CVS you can do better!!! read more

I think it is a wonderful pharmacy . The pharmacist Trisha and Angie are always there to help me no matter how much I bother them lol. They truly care about you . And the staff is always has a smile on there face and are very polite . The store and staff are also very helpful . read more

service sometimes great then sometimes bad; does not carry and stock certain brands of medicine then want you to go with their brands

I have had to stop having my prescriptions filled here due to the absolute incompetence of the staff. TWICE they have made major mistakes in my prescriptions. The final straw was them accidentally giving CODEINE cough syrup (commonly known as "sizzrup") to my husband when he filled a prescription for blood pressure meds. They still gave him his actual meds, but he somehow got a bonus of codeine, with a label with his information on it, as if the doctor prescribed it. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN??? To make it better, someone from the pharmacy called the next day, asking for it to be returned. Unbelievable. I don't understand, but I will not be using their services anymore. read more
