This is the slowest CVS pharmacy. Drive thru is painfully slow. Then when you give them a new insurance card, they do not know how to process. They told me I had to contact my insurance. The insurance says my info is correct on their end. I don't know what the issue is with this pharmacy. I've never had issues at other pharmacies, so I will be transferring my meds. read more

Jessica - The Manager ... rude! I came in to ask a question many people might have already asked her. Instead of politely letting me know that they don't have the product I was looking for, she abruptly says to me in a very short, rude tone "we don't have any" .. then turns her head away from me to continue talking to her co-worker while I am still standing there. I can't fathom being in a position of leadership and treat a costumer this negatively. I came back to the counter after picking up items I was there to purchase, the counter now has a "see next cashier" sign.. she was right there and appeared to be scanning products right in front of the counter and the other sales associate (Lisa) was assisting an older customer. I needed a refill so I had my Dr call one in on Tuesday. CVS never alerted me it was sent so I called my Dr back twice leaving messages that I still didn't have my refill. They called me today, Friday, saying they sent it the day after I told them I needed it done. You can't speak to a pharmacist if you call, the app showed a refill but said there was an issue and to contact them. When did they stop answering calls to help people? I'm stuck with CVS because of my insurance. They do not care about helping people as a company or at least this one in particular. Save yourself the problems and go somewhere else. read more

This is an older CVS & doesn't have anything spectacular to report on. It has the usual layout & not a huge amount of choices. The store is a little grungy & the staff did not appear focused. My son's insurance company works only with CVS so I am stuck with them (I used to love CVS and told everyone how much...now not so much). So Tuesday I stopped in to fill my son's prescription and they turned us away saying that we came too soon (he had two left). Wednesday I stopped in and they said they were out and they MIGHT get some in Thursday. They would not allow me to leave the prescription or order the medicine, I just needed to come in and it would be a crap shoot if it would be there or not. Oh and for sure they couldn't call around to see if any local CVSs had stock, but I could call. When I called another local pharmacy they said because of the type of the medicine they couldn't tell me over the phone. Least helpful pharmacy ever and super rude staff who are not interested at all in helping a little boy get the medicine he needs. Avoid them at all costs if you actually need medicine. read more

Prescriptions are never ready when they tell you they will be. It's always a computer problem. If there is ever an issue, they just cancel your request and never call you. You have to check back to see if it was filled, then find out there was a problem. And now because they are "so busy" I have to wait another 3 hours for them to fill it. It's not that this is a rare occurrence, it's almost every time. Overall whenever I leave CVS I'm incredibly angry and they don't give a damn. I hate this please with a passion. read more

This CVS is very close to my home but NOT my favorite one to go to. Most of the time, they do not have the prescriptions I need in stock. It frustrates the heck out of me. They are not very good with calling you to let you know that your prescription is ready...and no matter HOW many times I have told them to PLEASE call MY cellphone and NOT my husbands, they still don't get it right. There is not nearly enough help in the pharmacy. I went in there the other night to pick up some antibiotics. While there were at least 5 techs behind the counter, I stood there, behind another woman, for at least a good 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The clerk waited on the woman in front of me, who then suddenly had a GAZILLION questions, including some questions on vitamins. The clerk came out from behind the counter, went with her over the vitamin area and they started having a huge discussion on what vitamins work best for what, while I stood there...with a double ear infection, in pain and uncomfortable, waiting for these two to get done chatting. Finally frustrated that it didn't seem the chit chat was coming to an end any time soon, I called out, "can I get my prescription, please? Can someone help me?" Five people turned in my direction, stared at me like I was speaking in tongues and then, just as quickly, all looked down and away. Are you kidding me? So, I locate the manager and ask him to please direct the pharmacy tech to get me my script while someone ELSE helps Queen Vitameatavegamin over there on her studies of all things vitaminesque. He said, I'll be there in just a moment. I walk back to the pharmacy counter in time to hear an announcement over the loudspeaker "Customer needs assistance in the pharmacy". Really? I walked out of the store, got in my car and went through the drive thru where I was helped in literally seconds. So, my advice to you is...when picking up your Rx, go through the drive thru, where your existence will actually be taken into consideration. If you go into the store...good luck. The wait for the minute clinic was 1hr 10 minutes. Couldn't check in online. I needed a TB injection which takes about 30 seconds. Someone waiting took a picture of my service dog while I was filling out the application without having the respect to ask me. The pharmacy staff said they could answer all my questions but didn't know if I could get the test read at another Minute clinic. They couldn't answer that, or find out the answer, so I walked out. Lady called For help In the front end 4 times.......took over ten minute for some to come help The guy's name was Landon or something like that when told he could have came faster his response Was I was busy ( yup young girl walks in and he strolls to the front and stands there) I told him he could have called the front end and say I'm putting money away I'll be up in a second but nope rather let all the ppl stand there! This place is simply a disaster. I listened to the clerk and went to talk to the moron, ARNP in the minute clinic. I was having an allergic reaction after dinner at a local restaurant. She refused to take down my insurance information and then gave me an epi pen and then announced since she gave me an epipen that I had to go via ambulance to the hospital. This woman has cost me a fortune. The hospital left me in a room and provided no services. which was Medical Center of Trinity and charged $1, 813. and then I had to pay for the ambulance ride as well. I guess CVS wants to make sure that everyone gets paid. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. read more

You need to be warned about this pharmacy. We live within walking distance, and have been going there since it opened thanks to the location. In that time, I would estimate that at least one out of every four of our prescriptions have been filled wrong, or not filled at all. The last straw is when they failed to fill a call-in prescription for my father-in-law, who then had to suffer for a weekend without an antibiotic. Instead, they kept trying to give him a prescription refill (same doctor, different med) that he had told them made him HALLUCINATE and would not be taking anymore (with his doctor's blessing). They kept telling him that medicine he told them he was reacting adversely to was "all they had" for him. Meanwhile, they had lost a call-in prescription from his doctor from Thursday. It was Monday before he finally got the meds he needed. Within the same week, they lost my daughter's antibiotic Rx called in by the pediatrician we have been going to for 20 years now. They always do their part, where this CVS is known to not do theirs. At 6:01pm they admitted they didn't have it. Fortunately the doctor's office was still open and the nurse said she'd called it in THREE TIMES. Of course, they did finally get her call-in while I was standing there. Of course. My father-in-law has had the wrong prescription given to him, even before this past weekend's debacle. We were given eyedrops instead of ear drops for an ear infection one summer. When I pointed it out, I was told "they are the same thing". WHAT?! They consistently fail to run our Rxs through insurance so we have to wait while they do, even though we tell them we have insurance when we drop off the Rxs. One prescription of mine they wouldn't run through at all, stating that insurance NEVER covers it (it is for a weight loss medication - this was said with heavy judgement). In fact, after I disputed it, insurance sent a letter stating that it WAS covered, so I paid far too much out of pocket. The pharmacy staff is rude, slow (yet impatient with customers), and incompetent. There are too many other pharmacies within a stone's throw to put up with this lack of professionalism. There is a Medicine Shoppe right across the street - they aren't friendly but they won't kill you, either. Publix, Walgreens and Walmart area all within a 3 mile radius. read more
