The worst pharmacy in Vero Beach. They must be severely understaffed due to the poor attitude and inefficiency of the staff. I am not one to ever write a bad review but I gave the pharmacy a year to potentially work out their customer service. It only got worse. I would give the place a zero ! read more

Been trying to get prescription filled for three days ...1st day had insurance wrong, 2nd day out of stock, 3rd day they called all is ready! I run over there and pharmacy is closed due to a emergency which apparently involved every employee in pharmacy....let me remind you they just called me! Never never again ! I must complement the staff for always being helpful and kind. This store is usually understaffed and the staff still mangers to keep their professionalism. Unfortunately, the store is a hangout for homeless people right in the front. It is my advice that the manager check outside regularly and ask them to move on. I've had decent customer service there and they usually have what I need but this homeless influx was very bad for business. It's obvious that it's not being addressed and it's important. I will at times drive by come back when it's safer. It's good to have suck a fully stocked store, good prices, and a pharmacy staff that is helpful. read more

Pharmacy maybe understaffed because they dont follow thru on contacting doctor office for refills as requested, and once they do get The script ( thru my intervention,) on Friday, they said ot would be ready for pickup on Monday pharmacist was too busy to sign off on it. read more

Severely understaffed, (that's on Walgreens obviously)long wait times on the pharmacy phone, long wait times for common prescriptions, and if you do get a pharmacy associate on the phone you are rushed through the conversation and referred to go to the Walgreens website. Maybe have the pharmacy survey that's asked of you prior to being transferred to a pharmacy associate should be AFTER the phone call instead of before? read more

Went to the location told me the prescription is gonna be ready get there no prescription was told too soon to fill. very rude walked away, and she started verbally mimicking as I was speaking to her as I walked away, I brought to her attention and she became more rude and violent, so I walked away, and then she threatened me telling me she's not gonna fill my prescription and I'm in Medical need in pain. Very unprofessional the way it was handled the way she spoke to me I'm a patient. She had no right to speak to me that manner if she speaks to me like that, I can imagine to whom she else speaks spoken to like that. I guess she believes as being a cashier is a position of the pharmacist won't bring that place to no one making a transfer rather go to they have people working at the register that should be retired. Rude staff! Did not bother to call regarding an auto refill problem and we called several times with no help ! When arrived with bottle showing 9 refills acted as if it was our fault and waited an hour and I was the only one in line. read more

Just reading all these one-star reviews, and discovered many are 3-5 years old. But they all could have been written yesterday! I've lived in Vero for over 40 years, and and it's stunning how a pharmacy this inept could stay in business!Explains why when you go in to pick up your meds, there's always a different staff, usually training. This is the worst pharmacy. It was true before the pandemic and more so now. Staff is so unhelpful. There's zero connection between automatic refill automated phone line and the store (they also claim it's a 3rd party so they're not responsible for lack of service). Enormous wait times just to get to "no, it's not here, please try later". This is medication which is by definition necessary!! Unacceptable customer service. Transferring all my future prescriptions to another provider. read more

This place is terrible. " I'll have it ready in fifteen minutes". Yea right. At least one hour later. This is every time I go in. Waited one time in direct view of counter. Over an hour later, I got up and asked if my prescription was ready yet. They looked and said yes it is. Why couldn't they have just put " Waiting" on it so they could just bring it to the counter. Most rude people at the counter. Like you're doing them a favor buying from them. Time to change pharmacies. read more

Just went to pick up my codeine cough syrup....they gave me a little "sample" at urgent care and it helped immediately. Went to Walgreens and they said "give us 20 more minutes to fill the script." We returned 2 hours later for them to tell us "they don't have any." Why didn't they say that 2 hours ago? A special trip for nothing. My throat is so raw it's bleeding. The pharmacist said, "We called you back to the window on our store speaker!" I said "Why? I'm driving off from your drive thru in my car." I also have the Walgreens app, no alerts ever went off, no one called me....think it's time to switch drug stores.. read more

We struggled with the machine to manipulate photos from my GF's cell phone - I think we were there for an hour last weekend. The software was very confusing (sizes kept reverting to wrong ones & cropping was not easy) The lady behind the counter tried to help but did not seem to know the software that well - we wound up leaving frustrated & in disgust. We went and bought color ink at Walmart and printed the 4 or 5 pictures at home. read more

I'm mortified once again by this pharmacy. I have taken the same 3 meds since 2000. I moved to Florida in May 2019 and began to use this pharmacy. All went well until the stress of Covid seemed to turn the staff in the pharmacy section into savages. I went in to pick up my RX. When I saw that the young man named Hieu was working, I felt sick. Every time I deal with him is an exercise in patience for me. I was trying to pick up a med that I'd picked up 28 days ago. It's Ambien for sleep. Last month and the month before I picked this med up a few days late ( so I'm not exhibiting drug seeking behavior). He told me.I couldn't pick it up until 29 days had elapsed. Ok. I get it but his delivery is SO rude. Last night he told me to come in today and hung up on me. Tonight he won't fill the script. I'm going to report him to corporate because he simply has to learn to relate to people. Tonight he said, " I don't have time to deal with you. I'm busy!" I told him I was as important as any other customer. The store was empty. His rage is barely controlled. He is not an asset to this company. His female manager is no better. They hold your RX hostage if you're not in their good graces. She demanded that I gay a bridge prescription to cover a 2 day gap insisting I pick up my med on the 31st day. My doctor called in the bridge but she refused to fill it. My doctor called all day ( she told me she wanted to speak to him in the phone), nobody answered all day. Finally he got through and yelled at them. All of a sudden, the bridge was not needed and they sheepishly filled the 30 day prescription. It's confusing to try to explain this but BOY are they nasty, stressed and ultimately exude power over you with a smirk. What a daunting experience. Calling corporate tomorrow and filing formal complaint against both. read more
