Fantastic friendly staff. Excellent selection of products and most everything easy to find. I was on a mission to find some travel Products and Peter Thomas Roth primer. I was warmly greeted by a lovely lady Paula who chit chatted with me and made some suggestions. Then was greeted by Shannon who was also lovely and helpful. She showed me some trial size Clinique products and other cleaners. I usually don't get greeted at Ultas where I have been but here I found everyone to be so nice. Amazing amount of different products. Prices are good. Some products are marked down and that helps. The store is clean and the people are helpful. I appreciate all of that. read more

I had an appt for hair color with Ronnie at 1:45 he called and asked me to come in earlier which I did. I sat as he was already putting in highlights in for another client. He apologized said he was as running late. I gave him 20 mins of wait time when I asked him how much longer he said a few minutes. He said I asked you to come in earlier as I would not have had enough time to do your hair at 1:45. I said you ask me to come in early and well..he said you don't have to wait ! I said yeah I'm not going to wait. I would have waited had his attitude been a bit more professional. Ronnie needs to work on his customer service skills very unfriendly zero personality. This would have been my first time and had it gone well with my hair he would have had a very good client. Big Mistake read more

Honestly the rudest front staff I have every had to deal with at an Ulta store, or any store for that matter, it's always a mess on the shelves, the products have been opened and used and still sitting on the shelves , never seems to be cleaned or organized. I went today and no one bothered to ask if I needed help. When I went to check out even though I was the only person in line and there was 6 staff members upfront ... no one bothered to acknowledge me standing there for a good 3 min, they all just carried on with their conversation. Then when I get home and look at my blush, it was ALREADY OPEN , AND someone already ran their finger all over the product!!!!!!!! And when I called this location, it took me calling over 6 times! back to back for someone to finally answer, and the manager that did answer was beyond rude. Would NEVER recommend this store. read more

Customer service is not that great. I'm always greeted when I first walk in by a cashier but then that's it. I'm always looking for something new to try and never get asked if I need help. I went in today to try a new foundation and had someone look me right in the eye and walk past me, wasn't sure if she was a shopper or not, and next thing I know she asked another lady if she needed help and ended up helping her with finding a foundation. I spent about 20 minutes trying different ones and trying to color match and again no one around. I still go in because it's conveniently close to my work. I usually get a cashier who's always so nice but today looked like it was someone new. She seemed like she didn't care to be there at all. Didn't ask how I am or if I found anything ok. She put the receipt in my bag and reached for a cell phone, not sure if it's hers or if the store has one? But I'm the one that said thank you, have a good day. I unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience with the cashier. She was very rude to me just because I didn't want to provide my phone number for a 3.99 purchase. I was kind of in shock for the reaction but after reading the below reviews about customer service I'm not surprised now. Went into the store to buy my Clinique products and when I went to proceed to go check out you had sex a representative that was selling another product in advertising it was really pushing the product on me when I told her I never used any product but Clinique she Insisted that I get this new product I turned her down again so she tried putting something else on Mia cream and something else I turned her down again and said no I think I'm just gonna go with these have a good day then she tried showing me another product of the same brand I do not do anything but Clinique what part of that don't people understand if you tell him nicely three or four times that stores too pushy on customers let them shop let them enjoy read more

Looks can be deceiving. It's HUGE, but there is no one trying to help you, or point you in the right direction. I spent about 20 minutes looking at different brands of concealers. I had three employees walk by me, and never said a word. Never asked if I needed help, or if I was looking for something impiticular. One was touching up her makeup, another one restoking the shelfs, and an older lady who doesn't seem to bother with the younger crowd. When I finally found the concealer I wanted and they didn't have it in stock. I left. The Beauty Deals are the only thing worth it, and probably the only thing I'd go back for. read more

I would absolutely not recommend Ulta beauty as your go to hair salon. I had the absolute worst experience there today. I had made an appointment online for Wednesday, the appointment never went through, so I went ahead and called the store to confirm that it didn't go through, they went ahead and scheduled me for Wednesday and then I decided I would see if they had any open availability on Tuesday to get my hair done. The lady on the phone told me that I could come in between 12 and three, I get a call from the salon stylist at 1 o'clock telling me that I am half an hour late for my appointment, I didn't realize that they have made it for 1230. She confirms that she would no longer be able to do my hair, she said that somebody could take me at 2 o'clock though, I agreed and said that I would come at two. I sat there for over half an hour waiting for somebody to address me, once my stylist finally came over she was very meek and quiet, apologizing for making me wait. I sat down and try to explain her what I wanted done, I have bleached blonde hair with toner, I use purple shampoo to keep up a bright light color, I explained to her that I just wanted my outgrowth to be bleached and toned to match the same color as the rest of my hair. For some reason she just couldn't seem to understand what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted a full highlight, I said no, she then came over and asked if I was looking for a partial highlight, I said that I didn't think I was looking for a highlight at all I just wanted my natural hair color to be bleached and toned to the same color as the rest of my hair. She scoffed a little and walked away and came back and said so for the full highlight and the toner it's going to be $151. That seems excessive to me, being I already told her I didn't want a full highlight. I then said that I didn't really feel like getting my hair done anymore, it was more expensive than expected and that I didn't feel like she understood what I was trying to get done. Another stylist step in and try to understand better what I was trying to say, she definitely had a pretty big attitude about her as well, she then went into the computer and said it was called a double process with a glaze and then it will be $131. At this point it was still more than I was willing to spend, specially on someone who didn't particularly seem to know what they were doing. I suppose I should have called it quits on this place the last time I went and the girl totally messed up my hair, and a manager had to fix it and ended up putting something I had an allergic reaction to.... face swollen and red and my whole body itching, while she chose to ignore and not even acknowledge it. I can definitely say I will never be going there again to get a salon style. read more

I love ulta I spend lots of hard earned money at them however this ulta is a joke when it comes to service and being helpful. I walked in today for the last time and got ignored. I wanted an eyebrow wax and to do some shopping i walked in and was not greeted by any of the three girls sitting around. Which was very sad because the one girl was the one who did my hair at their salon just a month ago. Then to make matters worse an older lady walked in pushing a young child and one of the girls jumped up almost running into me to say hello and ask her if she needed any help. I turned around and walked out I'll be driving to the ulta in psl or stuart from now on they always greet people and try and help everyone that walks into their store. read more

First time in here...and was shocked how huge the place was! I only needed a few things, but they've got EVERYTHING here! I ACTUALL felt I was in Palm Beach! This town is really growing! All the top name brands, along with the cheaper ones. So a price range suited for everyone. Even Channel Perfume! Was very impressed with how clean & organized the place was, along with the help I got trying to navigate around to find what I needed! Now...because this was my first time...I giving it 5 stars, lol...will update if deserves a lower rate! read more

I took my 84 year old mother to get her eyebrows and eyelashes done. They got the appointment wrong and she had to have 2 different technicians. HOWEVER, the service was great and the ladies were so respectful and pleasant. They took great care with the eyebrows and made her feel special. They understood that my mom was going to a party and treated her like a person and not an "old person." My mom felt pampered and wonderful at the completion . Highly recommend! read more
