I went to this Walgreens to get my disposable camera photos developed. Told me to call in a week and a half, so I did and they told me it was ready. Went in a couple days after that and was told it wasn't ready yet... told to call today and it still isn't in. If you're getting photos from this location just don't. Wouldn't be surprised if I wait a month for these photos. read more

This store is big and well-stocked and clean and tidy. Staff are professional and friendly. I have been here multiple times for random items and have also used the drive-thru for prescription pickups and never had a problem. Before I moved out to RedMill area this was my primary pharmacy closest to home so I was here often. Yesterday, I came for a Covid-19 Moderna booster shot and was able to easily and quickly schedule the appointment online. They were polite and friendly and had all the paperwork ready for me to go upon arrival. Great and easy experience. read more

I showed up for influenza shot which was scheduled for 11:40 AM, did not get attended to until an hour later. This was truly unpleasant and unacceptable. Pharmacy personnel did not assure me that I was going to be seen eventually, I had to sit in the waiting area wondering why the people that were scheduled got seen before I did. Even though I showed up on time and filled out the consent form online, I confronted the person that administered the shot asking why I wasn't being attended to. She redirected me to the counter to ask, the pharmacy counter offered no apologies nor acknowledging the time they had me waste waiting in the area. All I ask was a proper communication and apologies, not even Walgreens coupons. The people that work in the pharmacy department at this location are the root cause on why I will not visit this location again. read more

Every time I go to this Walgreens in particular the customer service is always below standards. I went in to just take a passport photo, I've done these before at the Lynnhaven Walgreens with my kids so I know they don't take too long. I went in the employee asked what I needed and she told me to give her a minute since she was ringing up some customers. I could tell she was not in a very good mood and clearly doesn't care about Walgreens excellent customer service standards and that was clear when she came over to assist me. She came over less then a minute later she asked for me to write down my name and telephone number on the passport envelope it came in and said that it will take an hour for me to get them because she was busy. Well, I would except that if there were a lot of customers there, but there was not one customer in line. I politely told her I will go to another one and she said great have a good day. I wish I would've gotten her name because honestly I find that just very lazy. But well I went to the Walgreens I usually go to Lynnhaven and they were amazing. They were busy had four customers Including me, only one employee he rung up the customers and went and took care of me and I was literally in and out in five minutes. So if anyone ever decides to go to this Walgreens beware of the older white lady with long brown hair that recks of cigarettes, she's useless and makes all the other Walgreens look bad. read more

I went to this store for a booster for me and my daughter I made the appointments together one at 2:45 the other at 3:00. Mine was a little late, but my daughters was an hour late, and the pharmacist couldn't understand why I was upset, and starts complaining about how much work she has and they expect them to do everything. Two people came in after us and went before my daughter, instead of apologizing she gets an attitude and starts complaining to my daughter while giving her the vaccine. This pharmacy is terrible the staff complains about the drive through patients and the ones that call in where everyone can hear constantly. If this was my usual store I would switch! read more

Yet another bad experience with the pharmacy. Called in a refill on Saturday morning and was told it would be ready before they closed. Pharmacy closes at 6:00pm and closed on Sunday. When I got there at 5:30pm I was told they couldn't fill it because the system was blocking it. After speaking to the Pharmacist he was able to override the system but if I hadn't gone there or talked to him we would have received no notification and would have had to go until at least Monday afternoon with no pain relief read more

The pharmacy is closed now on weekends? Seriously? Plus, the website is still posting weekend hours. I can't move my prescriptions fast enough. The service was poor to begin with, but this is the final straw. read more

One of my favorite drugstores! Conveniently located near the Dam Neck entrance of Landstown Commons Shopping center. Easy access and plenty of parking available. The store and pharmacy are typical; the place is always clean and stocked with plenty of products - beauty/makeup, toiletries, candy, snacks, toys, cards, school supplies, gifts, gift cards, and so many other things that you may (or may not) need. I always receive great customer service at this location, from the pharmacy, to the photo center, to the front of the store. No complaints here. It's a one stop shop. Don't forget to take advantage of their great sales and deals like BOGO or Buy 1, get one half off. They have the worst or most understaffed photo department. The Walgreens itself is clean and has a great curb appeal. The photo department however has let me down on two occasions now. The first was for a print order. I made the order on a Wednesday morning. I called on Thursday evening to see if it was ready as I hadn't received an update. They told me to come first thing Friday morning and it would be ready. I drive over Friday and they haven't even started my order.I finally received the order Saturday morning. The second occasion I went by for a passport photo. I talked to the lady at the register asking if someone could come over and take my photo. She said they were short and didn't have anyone to take photos that day but if I came back the next day they would have someone there from 8am to 10pm. Not very convenient but I come back the next day (around 10 am) because I need the photo. The woman at the photo station says they don't have anyone to take my photo and come back around 3. Seriously? I obviously won't go back but setting the expectation that it will be done or someone will be there another time or later is poor customer service. Go to a different Walgreens or try CVS/rite aid for your passport photo. You'll thank yourself when you aren't frustrated. read more

I recently came here earlier this week during my day off and man, I've been going to the wrong corner stores. THIS WALGREENS BY FAR SURPASSES ALL THE WALGREENS I'VE BEEN TO AROUND THE 757. Now I can only speak from a beauty lover's perspective. They keep their make-up updated and in stock. They even had beautiful displays of No. 7 & Soap and Glory entire collection with testers! I told the lady how happy I was that they carried these brands, and she said it's because they're trying to be more like a make-up store. If you can't find certain drugstore products at Ulta they probably have it here and much more. Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Primer has been my new obsession, it keeps keep my T-zone from turning into a greaseball. I was amazed by this bc most stores don't even let you test products. The entire store was clean and everything was organized. Even the employees here greeted people as they walked in, I wasn't used to hearing that haha. So I put this Walgreens to the test to see if they were as good as they seemed. I use this particular dry shampoo by Dove that no store carries, Wal-mart and Target didn't carry this, so I've been looking for it everywhere. When I went into the shampoo section they had it! They even had the new Tresemme reserve system I've been wanting to try! I had very positive experience here, I could have stayed here all day just looking around. Will have to come more often this one is the closest to where I live!!! read more
