I was so incredibly thankful. Maybe going the evening without antibiotic would've been OK but it definitely calmed my nerves a ton. Thank you Pharmacist Anoop Karanth! I will also say, the staff here always does their best to process prescriptions, efficiently, and find prescription savings whenever possible. And yes, there are lines and waits due to low staffing ... But that's onCVS, not on the individuals working there.

So I called my doctor again to have them call it in. The pharmacist stated they would call me once they had. I waited a week called back and was told it wasn't in so I called the doctors office once again to find out the issue. Received a text to call the pharmacy back as they had an update to my prescription so I call after being on hold for 15 minutes I hang up and call again only to be hung up on. Called again as it's a prescription that is needed and this is the only compound pharmacy close by me. Finally speak to someone that basically asks if I want the prescription. After calling for 2 weeks of course I want the prescription. This seems excessive for a business that doesn't appear to have a ton of customers. Reading the previous reviews it seems that they are all happy coming here HOWEVER I was not impressed. Really concerning that a 100 dollar prescription takes weeks to get and then 3-4 days to make. Would rather go to walgreens or cvs and have them compound it for me as this place is not very customer focused in my opinion.
