This is a pretty solid CVS, although the Clawson one was great so they had big shoes to fill. I am in their ExtraCare+ program, or whatever it's called now (I get $10 per month to spend at CVS, and in exchange I pay $4 per month, and also get free pharmacy deliveries). Despite that, I have been to their pharmacy a few times, and sometimes the line can get long, but usually it goes fast. The front-desk associates are always very nice, too, and I've placed a few photo orders here too. I would recommend this location overall, and it's convenient that it's a five-minute drive from me.

I was able to find what I needed without any trouble, but the overall experience was a bit odd. You can definitely tell this store has seen better days--the ambiance feels dated and a little worn. After grabbing my items, I walked up to the front to check out, but there was nobody at the register. I stood there for a bit calling out "hello" to see if anyone was around, and there was no response. Just as I was about to give up and walk out, I heard a woman say something down the aisle along the lines of "Okay, there's someone up front," and then a cashier hurried over to ring me up. The checkout itself was fine once someone arrived, but it was strange that no one was keeping an eye on the register or noticing a customer waiting. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely felt disorganized and somewhat uncomfortable. With a little more attentiveness up front, this location could be a lot better.

Considering that due to nationwide shortage you can't always get your medication this place is always on top of their ordering. Front store might get a bit busy but they do have a self checkout lines so no reason if your are over a certain age to stand in line and complain. Be thankful and kind to your pharmacy staff they are still your front line workers and they did work when many of us was sitting at home.

She proceeded to apologize to the other woman, who had been rung up already and was holding her bag clearly containing a grab bag of chips and a sweating bottle of pop. I received a text a couple days later that it was ready. The information on Yelp indicates a drive through pharmacy but that is incorrect. There is no drive through at this pharmacy! They offer to call the doctor to have a refill authorized, and then they never do it. The icing on the cake is the pharmacist's really bad attitude. Today I was mistreated by a worker named phoebe. I came to pick up an order I placed 45 mins prior and stood in line. The pharmacist notified me he was filling mine right then. I listened to phoebe tell the woman sitting in the chair next to me that hers would be expedited meaning they haven't worked on them yet. I got a text that my prescriptions were ready 30 seconds later as I was sitting and began to stand back in line. I waited for the woman in front of me to finish. The worker behind the register with bright orange hair Phoebe saw me behind her and proceeded to lock eyes with the woman behind me who spoke up saying she had got a text saying her order was ready. Because I did not say it out loud and instead stood in line she made a fuss turned to the pharmacist and said this lady thinks I can fill hers at the same time, and gave me a disgusting look. She then huffed and puffed and continued to give me attitude. Then blurted that the reason the other woman wasn't standing is because she couldn't walk. I was waiting in that line for 10 mins after the first time so mine was patiently waiting and did not blurt out loud that my order was finished. She broke my heart and it sank. She did that purposefully to make me feel poorly. I told her she did not have to make me feel bad about the situation and she continued to press with attitude that it was not her intention and apologized to the person behind me like I wasn't even human. Disgusting behavior. As I walked out I told her she did definitely intend to make me feel poorly. I will never step foot in a store in this area again. Don't come here, it is not worth your time.
