We had to wait 9 minutes navigating Walgreen's AI prohibitive phone system just to speak with an incompetent, unhelpful employee. Walgreen's policy requires all pharmacy deliveries be arranged online via their website, yet this website is as incapable as their employees. This means that our 86 parent - who is immobile and does not own a computer or smart phone, has been unable to access his medication for over 48 hours. We do not live in the same state, so I am unable to drive to get this medication!!! CEO Mike Motz perhaps thinks managing people's life-dependent medicines is like selling office supplies like his former job at Staples. The pharmacy is a nightmare. They never have certain meds in stock. Nobody wants to help either to at least call to see which other Walgreens close by possibly has the meds in stock. I had to drive out to Walmart in old bridge just to get my monjauro shots because not 1 Walgreens had them in my area. People need their meds. Walgreens needs to do better or just shut down. I left the prescription in this pharmacy, 17 GREEN ST Woodbridge NJ. They said that medicine is going to be ready in one hour and a half, but the medicine wasn't delivered. This pharmacy has always delayed on giving their medicines, I don't recommend this pharmacy. Don't waste your time here. read more

I went today to get a passport for my grandson. The girl that was working just got done with someone else's passport photo. She told me that she was finishing up with them and proceeded to take the girl behind me. She couldn't find her photos. Then started waiting on other people behind her. What???? What she was doing was waiting for the peoples photos to develop before she could take my grandsons picture! WHAT???? A COMPLETE MORON! So what is she saying to me is I have to wait 20 minutes for the picture to develop because she's not smart enough to take another picture and have that developing at the same time please for the love of God higher children that know what they're doing. She was a complete moron And I don't care who gets mad at me for saying it completely incompetent. She needs to find a job sweeping a floor in the corner somewhere because she should definitely not be waiting on people. She doesn't have the brains to do that. Sorry I left. I went to the other Walgreens And they took a picture and while that was developing, they took someone else and took their picture because the difference is this person was completely confident so if you're going to get a passport picture, people don't go to the Walgreens on the corner of Railway Avenue and Green Street go to the one on the corner of Avenue Street and St. George's Avenue read more

I had an appointment on Monday November 11,2024 at 12:20 for 3 vaccines it took the women 5 minutes to check me in. i sat and watched the pharmacist for 25 minutes make perscription orders before she came to give me my shots. It took her less than 5 minutes to give me the 3 shots. Why does she think her time is more important than my time. I plan on contacting the company. I found her behavior extremely RUDE. Hey hey Adventurers! I've been coming here for years and it's always been a neutral rating for me. The staff are very nice and helpful if you need anything. The lines can be long during peak hours and if they don't have cosmetics or photo open forget it. But that's just how it is considering the area and sheer volume of customers they get. Be patient peeps! The parking lot is sorta weird. Coming from Main Street they have the exit only going to the right and a do not enter because that goes to the pharmacy drive through. The problem is people are always in a rush to just go through the one way it that it's amazing there aren't more head on collisions. The opposite side can be a hassle if the pharmacy drive through is so far backed up the entrance is blocked. Plus making a left is near impossible due to the hard to see traffic on either sides. Other than the parking lot this is your generic Walgreens where you can get all your basic needs The shelves are usually pretty stocked and clean. The sales are okay, they changed the way rewards works so that kinda sucked. They have a rotating center isle for seasonal items which is pretty cool but I think that's brand standard lol. read more

I wouldn't recommend this Walgreens and all the pharmacy is the absolute worst you could be waiting in line inside the location and they will worry about catering to people on the drive-through or people who are calling on the phone rather than people who were standing in front of them very rude lousy customer service and the cashiers that work in the store aren't much better read more

2/16/202 So I came here about 10:39 and I'm looking for a snack and maybe something to drink, I work at night so I'm a night owl. Short man, in grey pants and blue or black vest sees me when he come out of the photo area. 2 employees are talking in the back pharmacy aisle. He doesn't greet or say are you finding what you need. He walks by, I'm still staring at the beverages trying to dECide if I want Pepsi or Arizona ( Arizona lost) and I see him come down the aisle on my right this time, he turns and go back. Didn't say anything to the two employees yakking quietly away. Or even to me. So to make sure I'm not imagining things and mind you I have my money showing in my hands, I go down the cookies and candy aisle and I stand in the middle in front of Oreo cookies (which I don't eat) and SURE ENOUGH here he come to my right stood, because I'm just looking at the cookies back n forth. $10 still showing in my hand. HE STILL DO NOT GREET OR EVEN ASK IF I HAVE FOUND EVERYTHING I NEED; but has time to arrange an item thAt didn't need touching. I ended it by going to the register. Used my Walgreens credit instead. I was going to say something to the other gentleman at thE register, dressed in the same grey pants/blue or black vest. INSTEAD I CHOSE THIS FORUM. Yes I am of another ethnicity, and no he didn't follow anyone but me. Yes I took offense, because I am shopping with money in my hand, using an iPhone pro to browse through their coupons, and to HIM that is what a protential theft will do. HE WAS PROFILING. And it cost Walgreens a couple of bucks because he missed the girl in the grey shorts action. Yes she was white. That's my Karma working and I love her! Y'all have a nice day! This store is in dire straights and having serious management issues. I can only assume that due to above average patronage, dwindling supplies, and under staffing, the store is badly struggling. The pharmacy drive thru is closed, so all customers must wait in a common line at the pharmacy, regardless of the services they are there to receive. There is inadequate signage at the front of the store and no employees to direct customers. There are no separate systems for processing prescription pickup, vaccinations, or lab services (alas, there is still a separate area for makeup sales). There were very long lines, with little social distancing and no masking rules in place (many patrons were unmasked). I wasted my entire lunch break just waiting on line to check in for a vaccination appointment time that passed during the wait. Unacceptable, and potentially harmful, for the elderly and most vulnerable in the Woodbridge community. I do hope they figure it out. read more

This pharmacy is the worst; they always have an extremely long wait, the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are inpatient, and they do not follow up or follow through with physicians or patients. Walgreens is supposed to be super easy, and super quick for those items you just gotta get local. This store knocks it out... clean, neat, friendly, I get what I need when I need it. In and out, super quick.... pharmacy lines can get a bit long in cold/flu season, so just drop off the script and come back later to get around this. Really a pleasant experience. read more

I came here to get passport photos for me and my family. Everything went well with the friendly guy at the counter at first until this other lady came and messed up one of the pictures. She refused to take another one even though I told her I did not like the photo she made at all. She was rude and did not care about customer service :( read more

This review is solely on the pharmacy. BEWARE! I've gone here on more than 1 occassion and they have mistakenly given me the meds of a patient that shares the same name as my better half. The only reason we have even caught it is because the cost of the other person's medication is always totally off from what ours would be. And they are not even apologetic about it. I verify the address as they normally request and they always just assume we changed our address or have more than 1 address on file. I don't know if the staff at the registers are simply normal associates dressed in scrubs or if they are in school for Pharmacy, but this mistake never fails here. I would change pharmacies but this is so close to my home that changing would be pure inconvenience. I've advised the Pharmacist on duty every time it happens and they don't seen phased or interested either. I guess the mistake isn't their problem considering they bottle it and rely on the frontline staff to distribute at pick up. I write this review to tell everyone to make sure you check and double check your meds before you leave here. Mistakes like this can be deadly! read more
