I love our Walgreens in Woodland Park. It's always clean and their customers service is always friendly and helpful. If there is a line to checkout whether in the pharmacy or up front you are not waiting long. Plus I love their Bogo deals on vitamins and candy deals. The pharmacist is incredibly rude and very short with callers. If she can't provide the basic levels of politeness, maybe she doesn't need to be working with the public and handling high stress situations. I have reported this very same pharmacist for quite sometime and I refuse to go to this pharmacy. read more

I love Walgreen's in Woodland Park. My many prescriptions were split between Walmart & Walgreen's and that was a pain! I recently transferred all of my Walmart prescriptions to Walgreen's so I only have to deal with one pharmacy. They have longer pharmacy hours and a drive through for speedy prescription pickup. read more

While the store did not have what I needed, the staff were very friendly and tried to help. All the times I have been in here, the place is neat and clean, and staff are readily available. Update: Trying to return items is a headache. I don't believe it is the fault of this actual location but the way that Walgreen's itself does things. The process makes it so you don't want to have to return things, and maybe that is the goal. read more

Needed a COVID test pre-travel and was able to get 4 appointments for us here in Woodland. The line was quite long- maybe others had to test as well. When we got to the window, we stated our names and reason for the visit. The process took about 15 minutes for 2 people. We were given the swabs one at a time. One hour later we received our results- we did the rapid test. Were told if we needed to repeat our test, we would be contacted within the hour. Overall, great experience. We are thankful that the test was free :) Flying back to Honolulu, this is a requirement otherwise, we would need to quarantine (no thank you!). Results online were easy and a PDF format was available so that we could upload to the safe travel site for Hawaii. Thank you! read more

The pharmacy is currently closed to the public with no explanation. It's all over the media. Management is ignoring calls to give some kind of advice what to do with prescriptions to pick up/transfer. Unexcusable. read more

My prescription was taking longer than expected so I called the pharmacy. Sean answered the phone and was so helpful! He gave me real-time information on what exactly was going on and made a note of the issue on his side. He asked me to call this morning to make sure all was well. The store had a sign that says "Passport Photos in minutes." What a joke. They took my photos early this am, but couldn't print out because photo machines were being used by some people. They said they would call me once printed. Four hours later, same two people using the machines. That's ridiculous. The store should have a time limit on using the photo machines. You cannot have people tying up the only store photo machines for hours leaving them unavailable for the store to complete passport photos. I spoke to the manager who was just as worthless as the photo people. The store needs to have their own machine or set some some time limits for those using them. Customer service at its finest, Walgreens! read more

I thought the purpose of a drive through pharmacy was to get your drugs without a hassle. They want you to comeback in an hour. Not me! If I ever go back, I'll pitch a tent in the drive thru. read more

Att sent me over there fed ex to return my cable box the young lady said we won't return your box with out a box and a label I told her they told me just bring the boxes she was acting snotty and said you herd wrong I went to the ups store across the street and they took care of it they lost my business read more

Super friendly and helpful employees!! The store always has a good selection of different items and some good sales!! Highly recommend!

Service was pathetic, information and knowledge was pathetic, and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They are all extremely incompetent and do not understand that we are the customer's and the only reason this pathetic business still exists. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but that does not give businesses or people the right to suddenly forget why they are there. I don't want your excuses, i could care less who called out, not my problem, and I could careless why you are incompetent. Your are a pharmacy. I need my prescription. That's your one and only job in the pharmacy. Yet 45 minutes to answer the phone. 30 minutes in the drive thru when I am the only car. Failure, and failure, upon failure. There is no excuse to treat customers like they are. And the manager Mrs. Hall was pathetic in her own way and was of no help. PATHETIC !!! Woodland Park Walgreens is a joke and the way they are treating customer's is going to come back to haunt them.... i recommend staying as far away as you can from this pitiful pharmacy and finding compent pharmacy to help you.
