I don't use Walgreens pharmacy and this is why. I was out of town and needed my physician to call me in a prescription to the Walgreens next to my hotel. It didn't come through in time before I left to come back home so the pharmacy in Florida said to call one close to me and they can access my profile and get it filled for me here in GA. I have called this pharmacy 2 times today to speak with someone to make sure they can fill this. I have been put on hold twice for over 15 minutes each time. I cant fill this without speaking to someone and they don't seem to have the time to help. I am now calling to have it transferred to another pharmacy all together. At 8 am I went into my Dr for a Covid vaccine prescription. At 5pm I made an appointment thru the app. I received a confirmation email. At 6:10 I went to the pharmacy were I had to scan a QRC to check in. The system couldn't find my appointment. I asked at the desk (there were no other customers at the pharmacy). The guy told me to just do the walk-in option. So I did and it made me go through all the questions I had already completed via the app earlier. PIA. Then the guy tried to find me in the system. I've been in the system for over 20 years, for the last 18 I've repeatedly ask for my name to be updated. He had trouble finding me under any combination of my names. Then he found 3 accounts for me and none of them had my prescription. Walgreens pharmacy has gotten progressively worse over the years. The more computerized you've become the less efficient and less friendly. In early September I had gone to urgent care and received 3 prescriptions, it took 8 hours to get it filled. I was very sick and should have had that medication right away. It was only filled because I had a family member go up and wait for it. The service is none existent. I'M NEVER GOING TO WALGREENS AGAIN. read more

came here to buy those Listerine packet paks breath strips for my overseas relatives that are in town....for some reason they're like obsessed with this...I had brought some last March when I visited them and ever since then they're addicted to it....I think my uncle may be trying to buy up the entire Atlanta area listerine packet paks supply....because we've already bought enough the past few days for the entire country of China....My uncle keeps saying they make good gifts...Who gives Listerine pocket pak strips as gifts? Oh wait. I think I do... This Rite Aid is off of highway 92 across from the Krogers. Right now they have a bunch of buy one get one half off merchandise. If you sign up for their card you can buy certain things and they give you what's called plenti points which you can use to purchase items...I don't really shop at Rite aid so I didn't have a card.....but if you do. Pharmacist's are rude. I get that a lot of people are stressed, but a smile and more affable attitude might help.

I special ordered And paid for 2 bottles of lotion. After a couple of weeks I called to see if it had come in. Caitlyn said it was in except for that I was out of town . I came back into town to pick up the merchandise Today and now they tell me they have shipped it back to the warehouse .They won't give me a Refund receipt and they won't give me the merchandise . No one called me to tell the merchandise was here, I had to call them. No one called me to tell me that the merchandise was sent back to the warehouse, I had to find out in person. DON'T use this store. read more

Overall my transaction went horrible and I would give Walgreens and their coupon system of zero if I could but tonight Melanie and Wanda went above and beyond really trying to service me as a consumer. They did explain to me how frustrating it is for them and how their hands are often tied when presented with coupons at the computer won't take. Pharmacy is slow. Staff are very rude. I get it's flu season and covid is on increase which makes things busy. But there isn't an excuse for 4 hr delay on prescriptions that were called in for pain management and for the pharmacy tech staff to be as rude as they are. read more

Really loved this pharmacy when they were RiteAid. The same people had been there for years and it seemed to be very efficiently ran. The Walgreens change has been terrible. Out of stock meds, long waits and seriously apathetic staff. Literally waited in the drive thru line for an hour to pick up a prescription. I kid you not! An actual hour. I don't understand why it takes an HOUR to fill up my prescriptions when I just needed them filled after going to Medpost down the street. I'm fatigued, and I'm obviously sick and need my meds. I was very irritated. Usually I only have to wait 15-20 minutes for my prescriptions to fill, but an hour seems like too much. read more

Convenient location and friendly staff. Can call in for renewal and they ask when you need it and then "deliver"- never been disappointed. Some people have the wrong "expectations"- if you want an "over the counter drug" you get it yourself; if however, you need a prescription drug that takes a little time and remember- there are people ahead of you! read more

Well after 15 years it was finally time to move all of our prescriptions for Walgreens. The pharmacist Joe is great and the others that came from when it was Rite Aid are great too. There is one pharmacy tech that is just so awful it is not worth it. She has the customer service ability of Popeye's Chicken's reject. We have complained to the manager on multiple occasions and my family who spends thousands a year there finally had to give up. Walgreens is great for shopping but save yourself some stress and go to another pharmacy. The Pharmacy Tech rudeness incompetence is not worth It. read more

These guys are amazing! They are so overworked, I feel so bad for them! They are always so helpful and kind and so fast at filling my prescriptions, I don't know how they do it. They also work really hard to keep costs down and it shows! Note to Rite Aid: Please give these guys another person to help! They are spinning their wheels as fast as they can. Also, maybe if they have an extra tech, or pharmacist, they could abolish the ridiculous lunch hour. THAT is my only frustration: the lunch hour when no Rx's can be filled. read more

have been going to Ride Aid since 2007. I have been going to this particular Rite Aid for 8years. The staff in the front are so welcoming and genuinely care about your shopping experience and always lend an ear. I've had the pleasure of getting to know both Aaron and Patsy. Patsy reminds me a lot of my grandma so, I always end up talking to her for at least 10 minutes. She genuinely cares about her customers and offers to help u locate anything in the store. The pharmacy can get busy but what others may not understand is that they are the only pharmacy, other than the grocery store pharmacies, located within a 20 mile radius. So it's to be expected that they are very busy. The fact that the pharmacy tends to be very busy and may take a bit longer to service u is worth it. Its worth it because the pharmacy staff take a personal approach when dealing with your medical treatments and pharmaceutical management. Joe is by far one of the nicest pharmacist I have ever met. He will always stop what he is doing to come over and assist u in any way possible. Michelle always greets you with a smile and Laura always tries to help find the best cost for your medication. This was the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to... They never have medication in stock, they don't call an notify if your prescription is not ready when they say it would be & have the nerve to make you wait 15 to 20 (mind you I was the only person in line) for them to announce to the whole back of the pharmacy the name of the medication aloud that's not ready. Then kept addressing me on a first name basis like we BFFs, everyone needs to be retrained or fired. Today was my last time going to this Rite-Aid!!!
