Emily also watched Jake when we went on a cruise, and he did not come home stressed or ill, like if he stays in a kennel. Kim, the owner, answered my first call personally and told me about her company and how she does background checks on all of her employees and she gave me a good sense of how they work. She made an appointment to meet at my house a few weeks before our vacation, we went over the pets, food, feeding times, trash day....all that stuff. Very professional. When I got home, other than a pile of mail on my kitchen table, it was like I never left. My cats were happy, fed, their litter box was clean and I was happy. I will DEFINITELY use them for my future pet sitting needs. Give them a try. Peace of mind with your pets is priceless (oh and WH Pet Sitters has reasonable pricing, at least for Cat Visits).

First time dog mom, energetic herding puppy, mid pandemic, limited staff that was poorly trained, etc. I almost pulled my dog from their program a few different times over the first few months. I felt that the young staff was not fit to be with my dog and what seemed like no "adult" supervision and they made comments about my dog not listening to them after one day of being there (obviously he wasn't going to listen well to someone he just met). I took him there for boarding one weekend and when I picked him up found that the staff had neglected to feed him lunch one of the days he was there. I also have a bad taste in my mouth from some of the interactions I've had with one of the managers there. HOWEVER, with all of that said, we continued to go and things have gotten much better. I continued to stick it out despite my hesitation because my dog loves going there. The facility is one of the best I've seen. It's very large with many different play areas for the dogs. They also have pools for the dogs and my pup loves water. My dog was also struggling with a few behavioral issues and we've been working with trainer TeeKay and seen huge improvements! There are always new events for the holidays and different parties going on which are fun for both dogs and parents. It's pretty pricy and I feel like they use any opportunity to charge you extra for things, but everything additional is optional. I do also love the staff during the week. The girl at the front desk is so sweet and the staff really seems to care for the dogs. From time to time we still have issues, like being charged for a full day of daycare when we were there for half, or recently the weekend staff removed my dogs collar and then lost it. But all in all I'm very happy that we have continued to go. Unfortunately I see a lot of negative reviews for the grooming but we can only speak (mostly) positively about the experience we've had at the daycare.

We have…read more3 poms and one of our babies had a stomach problem and Kathy addressed it like it was nothing to do she cleaned up our pet and even sang a song to them to calm them down. She also has a beautiful voice. We have never had such a concientious sitter like Kathy who took care of our babies like they were her own. Took both of my dogs to this establishment I have a diabetic dog and was told that she was going to…read moreget the care she needed and the manager said that he would be the one taking care of both my dogs because my girl has special needs and requires insulin both of my dogs were severely dehydrated when I picked them up they were both staggering having trouble with there balance they were covered in urine both of there beds were covered in urine my girl had brown thick stuff packed into her nose that must have been sitting there for a while causing her breathing to be upstructed my boy was pooping blood they both had severed diarrhea and would not stop drinking water for hours causing them to throw up they were so dehydrated and I am certain that if I would of come back a day or 2 later my girl would of died I was assured that she was taken care of but the owner knows he dropped the ball and did not know how to care for a diabetic dog he assured me she ate and drank all of her food and received her regular insulin dose while all the whole time she was not eating her entire meal yet was still given her full insulin dose her sugar level was over 600 she was in ketoacidosis and I almost lost her the owner did offer to pay the vet bill because he knows what he did but I am very experienced so I was able to take care of her myself Do Better For the Next Dog owners this was horribe that my dogs had to go through this NO STARS
