They even saved me when I requested a Hail Mary last minute dog walk for Friday late afternoon/evening when something came up. They are very caring, attention detailed and professional. When Daisy wasn't feeling well, I received a text at work, and they adapted the walk to TLC time and monitored her to ensure she was okay before they left. I love the emailed reports I receive after every walk with pictures. It proves they actually were there, Daisy is always smiling and happy while with them and I see she has variety in her walk/days. When you're a new customer, you will have a meet and greet with Jill and her staff member coming to your home to meet you and the pets. Jill asks lots of details and also you'll complete a very nice profile on you, the pets, home, alarms, medications, anything else that is needed. Everything is documented and followed to a T. We traveled for 2wks and our 3 cats were very well cared for, loved and happy with their visits with professional pet expert Janan. Janan sent via email and also thru my account with Ally McPets a thorough report of what was done with each 30min visit, including photos of the kitties looking very happy(even our very shy kitty was comfortable!!). Absolutely love Ally McPets! We have used them to walk out two golden retrievers who are 10-1/2 years apart. Katrina has been our usual walker beginning when our puppy was 4 months old. She is outstanding as is Amber, who walked them when Katrina was on vacation. The first time occurred when we were out of state and we had a house/dog sitter. Let me tell you, I didn't have to worry about a thing. They do an in depth meet and greet beforehand and ask good questions. The dogs were very happy to walk with these kind, wonderful ladies. Online booking portal - there is an online portal where you can book and schedule your pet sitting/walks/etc. Its really convenient and efficient. 2. Pet Profile - when you first meet the team, they take down extensive notes on feeding, allergies, habits (example: our cats only drink water out of a specific cup) and then keep this info on your online profile (includes a pic of your pet). Ally McPets gets 5 stars for prompt email responses and availability and 1 star for the giant mess of a peed-on house that was left after 8 days of cat sitting that Jill did. There was dried pee in both bathrooms, that reeked to high heaven, yet the liter boxes were both racked and the cleaning supplies were untouched on the counter. There was some sort of mess tracked all through the kitchen, in distinct, human foot print form. There was vomit on multiple surfaces. All of it dry from many days past. I know, we only paid for one visit a day, but I was hoping that the visit would include making sure my cats were not peeing on every surface they could find. We arrived home late last night and spent hours trying to air out the place just enough to sleep and now we are trying to replace the liter boxes and all of the bathroom rugs as well as hire a carpet cleaner to try and get our home smelling less like a cat urinal. This is our second experience with Jill and the first time the place was a little messy, but nothing major, this time, however, is unacceptable. read more

Jill took care of my cats, Dante and Pepper, for 2 years before I moved away from the south bay. Pepper is an extremely shy cat, who sometimes won't even come out of the bedroom for friends that she's known for years. She warmed up to and trusted Jill right away, which was a huge good sign and made me feel much better about leaving both cats in her care. I travel often (sometimes 2-3 times a month) for business, and never worried about a thing when leaving Jill in charge. She is reliable, responsible and always took great care of the cats as well as my house. I am a little particular when it comes to certain things, and she always exceeded my expectations. For example, she'd clean up the cat food area, would make sure everything was topped off, etc and would give the cats lots of love and attention. I could always tell the difference by how calm and relaxed they were when I got home!
