I've had to reach out to Mike many times about the poor quality of work. The framing in my remodel was poorly done- the pocket doors don't line up correctly or close correctly; the vanity installation isn't complete which is holding up the tile work & the completion of the main bathroom. Poor framing also caused the drywall to hang incorrectly in another bathroom, which then meant the tile was laid wrong. He has damaged walls & not come back to repair. Some of the windows he installed are hard to open. The exterior vents were not installed when they did the siding, I even offered to have him come by to do it when we had a lift here a few months ago and he just didn't respond. He has completely abandoned the project and has not taken responsibility for his mistakes or the mistakes of his crew & subcontractors. We spent 6 months in an Airbnb and our project still isn't complete. This is a summary of items, many more not listed. At this point, the only thing that would make me happy is a full refund.
