There are scratches all over the floors, into the wood not just the finish, as it looks like the covering was too thin. We also had holes in our floor under where the center island was and tons of the floor goop went downstairs all over our stuff and floors. Luckily we do not have a finished basement and nothing expensive was ruined but I would think that would have been addressed by a professional company.
