Her solution for my pain was to prescribe gabapentin and cyclobenzeprene. I told her I had already tried both and they didn't help at all. She prescribed both anyways. After jumping through their hoops and going to PE at Bone and Joint, another joke, an MRI was ordered. This was months ago and they've never called me to let me know the results are in or to go over the results. It was all just a money grab. Prescribe pills and order tests and then never even give me the results or come up with a plan to help me. I will never set foot in there again. After this experience, I've talked to so many people about their negative experiences from Bone and Joint. Wish I would have known this ahead of time. LESSON LEARNED!

I'm almost 6 months post-op and my knee still doesn't feel right. Don't go to physical therapy either. They charge you and arm and a leg and it's not helpful AT ALL!

Excellent First Visit to Wisconsin River Orthopedics…read more I had my first appointment at Wisconsin River Orthopedics yesterday, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist, which immediately made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was fast and easy, and I was called back right on time. The CNA who assisted me was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I saw Jen, the Nurse Practitioner, and she was absolutely excellent--polite, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about my right knee issues. She took the time to answer every question I had and didn't end the appointment until she made sure I understood everything clearly. Overall, this was a truly positive experience. The staff is caring, efficient, and highly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wisconsin River Orthopedics to anyone needing orthopedic care!

While sitting there I overheard an elderly woman talking to one of the women at the reception desk. She was explaining to the gal about how she had injured herself previously, and just generally chatting with the lady. I looked at the gal behind the desk and she wasn't even acknowledging her. I thought this was kind of rude and not very good customer service.
