Assuming the company would welcome business and a very significant repair from the new owner on a project this company already knew, I contacted them and asked them for an estimate. I would have given them the business. Brian, who was the representative contractor working at the company, and may even be the owner, could not have been more disorganized and disrespectful in his interactions. Anybody who behaves like this from what appears to be a successful company, doesn't deserve business. Feel free to contact me and I can let you know reasonable alternatives whom we eventually gave the business to. We were delighted with the quality, but more importantly the business transaction and professionalism. I will stress I am evaluating this company clearly on their professionalism, and client management. Consumers need to be aware. My wife and I made the decision to upgrade our kitchen cabinetry and granite countertop a few years…read moreback. We chose Jackson Millwork based on input from one of my wife's patients. We met with Jackson's sales person/lead installer and agreed to have the work performed by them. Over the course of about a week, they completed the work. Upon completion we noticed that the joint line between two pieces of granite on our countertop was rather visible and did not have that fairly unnoticeable, tight, clean look that we typically have seen. Additionally, we noticed on one of our corner cabinets, when the lighting was on, that it showed "streak" like marks in the stain. We brought both of these issues to the installer's attention and with respect to the granite, he used some fine filler and polished it out slightly, which did look better, for about a week. After that time, it reverted back to its noticeable look. As for the cabinet, we were promised that he would contact the manufacturer and see about a new panel door to replace it....we never heard back from him. Recently, we noticed that the stain that is used on the cabinets had begun to wear off around the area of the handle on our garbage bin that slides in/out. I contacted the same installer again and he took the call initially. I even sent him an email with copies of our contract and pictures of the area. He acknowledged having received these and that he would look into it with the manufacturer. We have heard nothing. Since that time, I have called a couple of additional times and had to leave a message each time. We continue to have not had the courtesy of a return call. Unfortunately, my wife and I have lost all confidence in their product, their service, and their promises. The old adage applies..."Buyer beware".

They put the furniture we couldn't move ourselves back in place where they were before the install. They asked me where a couple of furniture pieces went if they weren't sure. We did have to remove all of the items that were inside the furniture (bookcases and hutch). This was so the furniture would be easy to move. If you are allergic to dust or mold they will purposely put your life at risk and make you clean out shipping containers and not think about your medical conditions. Kyle forced me to clean containers covered with dust and mold was told to suck it up and that you cannot be that allergic Happened to me multiple times caused me to have a asthma attack and almost had to go to the er. Also the owner cannot even keep track what day of the week it is is always on his phone he will tell you to have a good weekend and it's Monday am shows ya how in sink with his own company he really is. OSHA violations everywhere on the property 3 people have been injured to a loading dock he refuses to fix me being one of them and also my father who works there and another employee. Half the materials he sells are junk or damaged majorly due to him not knowing how to run a machine I cannot tell you how many times a day we would get stuck fixing stuff he messed up. I had someone I know get material from their and the shingles were junk water damaged from sitting outside and when he open the 2nd pack it had Algae growing on it. He gets the felt from overseas it's made in India gets it very cheap and then jacks the price. You want molded boxes of resisto or ice and water theirs plenty of that there. The place is very disorganized to like serious lack of communication. Also he can't keep work and home life separated has issues in his marriage was sleeping with his secretary and got caught by his wife at work in the truck so what's that tell ya about how he treats his female employees! This dude has no respect for other people. Told me I was a safety risk and fired me while he was in Texas at a business convention was not even mad enough to fire me in person and his reason for firing me was a crop of shit. I found out after the fact he fired me beocuse I stood up for myself and did not take his verbal abuse and getting in my face he got mad Becouse he could not get away with the way he treated me like he treated other employees. I busted my ass when I worked their made sure job orders were build and stayed late sometimes to make sure materials were sent out on semis on time for customers! He makes himself look good but on the inside he treats his employees like they are unvalued team members!
