Too good to be true, at the day of service, a guy showed up with no identity of who he was or what company asking for at least $150...Alex Pro is a miracle. He understands people and communicates greatly in order to help me, which earned my trust. He scheduled me an appointment earlier than I expected, on a Saturday, came up to my door in bright colored uniform, with one of the biggest smile I've seen on his face. He answered all my questions with extreme explanations and patience. To better connect water, he brought over a brand new adapter for me, as a gift! While watching him cleaning out of curiosity, I know this is a person who is completely serious about his job. He has a process, pays attention to details, thus he cleans areas I didn't even realize. He loves his job, thus he takes the time to use different tools and methods to deep clean. He enjoys it thus no rush. He is calm, confident and proud of himself because he knows and he knows I know too that nobody can do it better.
