We walk here often on weekend mornings, and enjoy a walk through the park, and a sit under the Magic Grove sculpture, by artist Nancy Metz White. There is a small playground here, a field house, and remnants of a time when parks were thriving. The Farmer's Market here is small, but nice. This is a nice neighborhood and a nice little park.

I've played kickball here in the past and the diamond is one of the nicer ones in the city. This park is a nice selling point if you are looking for a fun gathering space with plenty of activities for the kiddos. There is a lot of wide open green space, a community gathering center, clean restrooms, a playfield for softball/kickball, and they even manage to have a few concerts in the summer months!

There is frequently a food truck or two parked on the perimeter. I've visited a couple times and there are a lot of people during nice weather. There is definite need for available restrooms - there are a couple bathrooms, they were just locked (even though the signs said they were open). Luckily, we found 1 port-a-potty at the far edge of a baseball diamond. The pond also needs some love - there is quite a bit of smelly algae, and I imagine the dissolved oxygen levels are low due to high water temperatures, especially during the summer. Not sure how well the fish are doing, and it is HEAVILY fished. However, it was nice to see so many families enjoying the pond and I love seeing parents teach their kids how to fish. As an ecologist, it is sad to see Honey Creek is still confined to the concrete channel that runs through the park. But the ducks and geese seem pretty happy. A solid 3.5ish stars, will be back next time I'm in the area.

This is a neighborhood park in the middle of a duplex and condo community with what looked like a…read morebrand new (or very well maintained) baseball diamond with a small spectator bleacher, covered picnic area, children's playground, and basketball court. The pavilion also had a set of bathrooms. Only street parking is available, but the street is wide and parking is available on both sides. There was a very large grassy field where I saw an owner and pup playing fetch with a Frisbee. I was there midday and was the only person for almost all of my 45 mins stay. My pup was leashed and we walked the perimeter (she loves edges, that's were the best smells are!). I didn't see the sign saying what was prohibited -including dogs- until I left. Oops. There was a access/walking trail/bike path underneath the power lines where I did see another owner walking a dog. The area between the manicured grass of the park and the trail is left wild and seemed to somewhat marshy/wet. I was not able to tell if there was a small ephemeral stream channel or not; there was quite a large patch of phragmites (an invasive perennial reed grass) and a lot of buckthorn, which was surprising given this is a Waukesha County managed park. I recommend cutting and treating to prevent the spread of these invasive plants along the trail. Anyway, I could see how this would be a great neighborhood park for a picnic in the warm weather and used for local games of baseball, basketball, soccer, etc in pre- and post-COVID times.

The tables are in the shade and covered so a good spot in hot sunny weather or if sprinkles are imminent. The park as a nice grassy area, a baseball diamond with bleachers, a playground, surprisingly clean restrooms but no water fountain (no bubbler either). Overall well maintained. No parking lot but there is curbside parking. This last part might be important to know if you asked Mr. Wok to make your order "hot, like Malaysians like it." Still, water doesn't put out that oral fire anyway, you need a sweet milk drink to extinguish that kind of hot. It's in a suburban residential neighborhood, but a pack of South Asian aunties walked by so I felt safe and secure.

Disc Golf Course 3 Playground equipment 4 Bathrooms and shelter 5 Dual B Ball court 6 Dual Tennis court 7 full size soccer field I am probably forgetting some stuff but this is literally the best park I have been to in a while. Lots of stuff to do in the warmer months and all for free. I think they also just installed new lighting in the park as well. This park is always well kept and very clean. Take your kids here for a full day of fun without opening your wallet.
