There is no indication anywhere in the business as to the cost of the product, only that it is determined by weight. What is the cost per weight, what is the average cost to the consumer? There is also no notice provided to the customer that there will be an extra charge if paying by credit card, your total just magically changes and when you review the receipt there's a "Checkout Fee" applied. The employees were completely unaware of this and really didn't seem to care about anything other than their cell phones.
