When I objected because she never advised there would be any cancellation fee if we had to cancel (which we never have before), she never returned my contact attempts and has kept the money.

Iohana came over a few times to review our dog and give us helpful ways to overcome his aggression. She started us on clicker training with him, something I had not used before.
