BEST SERVICE & BEST PEOPLE. My sweet Penny girl has an underlying medical condition and a strict feeding schedule (every 3 hours -- GULP), so finding care I could truly trust was super important. From day one, Christina has been easy to reach, flexible when plans change, and genuinely invested in making sure Penny is well taken care of. It's obvious she puts real TLC into everything she does! Penny is usually with Maria and Antonella, and they have clearly become her favorite people. She is always SO happy when I get home after their visits. The post-visit reports not only make my day, but also give me such peace of mind -- they capture Penny's personality perfectly and always note anything relevant to her condition. I was looking for an in home pet sitter for my two cats. it so much easier than dropping them off at a kennel plus less stressful on the cats because they can stay in familiar territory. I found WATP and had an initial meeting with Christina. She was very thorough with documenting the feeding and litter instructions and keeps keys so there is no need to worry about key handover. The sitters that come are all informed about the instructions and if you need to change the instructions over time that all gets documented and followed. What is probably best this is that my cats are always so happy and well adjusted when I return home. As pets owners we all know when our furry friends are a little off and need time to readjust. We've just come home from our first long vacation in two years, and What About the Pets made it so much less stressful. This was the first time we ever hired a professional pet sitter instead of getting friends to come over. This was my first time using What About the Pets LLC and it certainly will not be my last. Not only is it scary to leave your pets with someone who you've never met before but the moment I met Dawn when she came for an initial meet and greet, I knew my kittens would be in great hands. We had a brand new puppy and when we found Christina, we immediately felt comfortable entrusting her with our puppy's day-to-day care. She and her team are reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and fun loving! Our puppy seriously loves her and looks forward to every visit! I'm new to the area and found What About the Pets on Google. It's always nerve wracking finding someone new to trust with your pets, but all the 5-star reviews speak for themselves - they are incredible!! Christina and team were so flexible with getting us started after my closing was pushed out and we had to reschedule our meet and greet multiple times. My two dogs were very happy to meet them, and they've been loving their walks with them for a month now! It's very easy to schedule and manage appointments and their service reports are thorough. We have used What About The Pets for my dog Rocky for daily walks for many years. Christina and her whole team are so great! We first started in 2020, continued through the pandemic and moved in 2021 outside of their service area so had to stop with our daily walks. In 2023, we moved back into their service area (yay!!). Rocky is now a senior dog with cancer and the walkers are so gentle with him, sharing fun photos every day and detailed reports of their walks. Christina has been walking and sitting our buddy Dante for the past three years. She is so amazing, compassionate and has a lot of patience. Our pooch turned 17! this year and is is moving a lot slower and needs a lot of help getting down the steps.
