Absolutely LOVE them. They paired us with the perfect pet sitter - one of our cats is very anxious, and typically hides during pet sitter visits, doesn't eat much, and will nervously scratch patches of fur off while we're gone. During a 12 day trip, we received pictures and updates from each visit (2x/day). Our anxious boy came out (picture proof!!) by the third visit, and was eating at each visit, which we consider a miracle. When we came home, we noticed he didn't have ANY nervous scratching. Another miracle :) We will be using them for all of our cat sitting needs moving forward - we're so glad we found them. They made sure all 4 of our cats continued to have a calm, clean, and safe environment while we were gone.
