Melissa and her staff were walking our dog shelby while we were gone for 3 weeks and they provided the best service ever. Usually our dog is very easy going but he gave them trouble at first and didnt want to be walked but Melissa took her time and did everything she could to make it work . I am sure a lot of dog walkers would have just said they cant walk him. In the end everything worked out perfectly and we will for sure always use their service when we are out of town. They leave notes after every visit and they always replied to my texts right away what was great as well. I can really recommend their services, they are very professionell and make sure that everything goes smooth. We've used Melissa and her helpers at least a half a dozen times (so far) to look after our 2 cats when we've gone away. One of our cats has allergies and needs to be given meds once a day. We have never had a problem booking a cat-sit - they're very good about covering your dates - if the owner can't do she will find someone who can cover. The cats have always been well taken care of and they will even keep a daily journal of how each visit went or send texts to you while you're away to let you know how your pets are doing. They have also brought the mail in for us. You can tell Melissa and her staff love animals and know that our cats are not only getting care but also some love while we're away. Melissa and crew at Jersey dogs have saved my work from home life and give my dogs the best outdoor experiences! She provides full transportation to outdoor adventures, trains the dogs to stay in synch and even mange's full group photos at the end of each day. Melissa and her wonderful staff have been taking care of my two dogs for over four years and I can't say enough wonderful things about them!! They come to my home every weekday and take care of my fur babies. They play with them, make sure they have fresh water, and give them treats. I know Melissa loves my dogs and I know they love her. Melissa and Katie are, by far, the best dog walkers I've ever had. They truly love dogs, play with them, and walk them for a full half hour. They are very professional . . . I was impressed with Melissa and Katie when they first came to the house to meet my dog. They took notes on the dog's behavior and habits and were just so warm and welcoming. My dog warmed up to them immediately. One other great thing about Melissa and Katie is that they are always ready to walk my dog when I need them.
