I'm undecided about this Beauty shop. Why undecided? So I visited this shop on three occasions. On the first and third occasion, the associate at the register was not that kind of helpful, but the young lady that DID help me..was. The second trip was better the young lady at the front was soooo nice and VERY helpful. I felt both welcomed AND valued. Sooo, I'm sure I'll visit again for a final judgement. read more

Helped us pick out our products & made suggestions. Reasonably priced products and had all the different namebrand products, ponytails, hair, gels, shampoos, and conditioner, You can think of. First timer! Before visiting the store, I called and asked if they carried children's hair bows. The customer service was A++; so I quickly headed to the store. They gave wigs, bundles, crochet hair, and a variety of hair supplies. I have noticed that the men hair care section has also improved significantly. Love that there's a beauty supply store that's super close by! It's located on the access road of I-35 south behind the Shipley's DoNuts. Right next to a taqueria and an ice cream shop. I came in to get some flexi rods and hair products and was VERY pleased with the prices. Other beauty supply stores ain't got nothing on Wall to Wall! My wife and I are newbies when it comes to wigs and due to recent events, we have visited several beauty shops to find some. Wall to Wall Beauty Supply owner, Carmen, is absolutely amazing and made us feel welcomed right when we walked in. She treated us like someone would treat family. Even went above and beyond when it came to educating my wife on the different quality and styles of the wigs and hair supply. We never got that type of service at the other beauty shops. Carmen even took time for me to show me different scalp products in their growing men's section. We were pleased with the items bought in our last couple visits and will continue to buy from Wall to Wall Beauty Supply because the price is always right and more importantly, you can't beat the quality of service Carmen and her staff provides. They are located in Schertz at the Tri-Country Crossing II Shopping Center and highly recommend anyone who is in the market for wigs, or other beauty products, to go here. This is a great, and Black-owned, beauty supply! They are sooo helpful, nice, courteous, and provided great customer service. I even saw a "Black Wall St." Tshirt for sale in there. Good products, and even have earrings and such. It's in the shopping center across the fwy I-35 from the Heb on 3009/Roy Richards & I-35... or across lil' street from a Starbucks .. (cause it's kinda hard to see the dark blue wording of name as you go by and it's so many shops in there. It's a trip how it wouldn't let me just put another review on this page... even though we come here all the time, so I have to only put here. Wonder how many other reviews it's not letting them get? Also... sometimes these websites or apps try to change stuff and just end up jackin' it all up. I was gonna post.... The beautiful lady that greets everyone with such... unheard of respect...especiallllly from the beauty supplies in Los Angeles that we've been to... she honestly has something special about her.. that I've wondered if she's one of the angels that the Bible speaks of...
