In the past, I've run into a few employees who came off a bit rude or judgmental, but I haven't had that issue in a while, so it seems like things have improved. I got. Human Wig from here that was over $600, the day i bought it i tried it on a it was beautiful took it home and less than a month later the wig had BAD shedding in the middle part in the front. You can now see a whole track showing which is SUPER embarrassing and $700 down the drain. I had a Human hair wig that i had for two years previously before this one and it NEVER did this i called and see what we could do and they said there was nothing they can do. The staff were super kind and helped me find a great color. The prices are awesome and the selection is huge.

Excellent customer service !! The cashiers greet you when you walk in. The workers actually ask if you need assistance. Instead of just watching you & walking around. The wigs are a little pricey but they're worth it. I can't go into this store & leave with just one thing. I leave with at least 5 items. I came here for a few items and was overwhelmed when I walked through the door with how big it was inside and with how many different variety of items they had. Luckily what I needed was easy to find. The lady behind the register greeted me as I walked in. I asked her where the items were that I needed and she pointed me in the direction, guiding me until I found them. Fast and easy transaction. Was in the store no more than three minutes. I have been to this location a few times and the only good thing I have to say about this store hey have a vast selection of wigs, bundles, braiding hair, and natural hair products. Each time I go in I get dirty looks from who I assume to be the owners. I typically go for a new wig and when I get into that section I have to hunt someone down to help me. I have never had a positive experience with any of the employees in that section or at the register. The employees are always extremely rude and annoyed if I ever ask questions. If you know a lot about what you're looking for I recommend this place to get in and out without talking to anyone if you don't know much I recommend the beauty supply in the shopping center across the street. It's a slightly smaller store but the employees are always very nice and ready to help! read more

I understand why this place has bad reviews. The bad built, bad dye job cashier is rude. I guess she's mad that she's built like a chili pepper with legs and her hair is as thin as one bundle. There is absolutely no customer service here what so ever. And the other cashier had the nerve to run out after us to apologize saying she just had a long day. We went this past weekend to get my mom who has stage 4 cancer and needed a wig. They were helpful and we ended up buying 2 wigs. I asked if we could bring them back if we weren't happy with them. They pointed out on the receipt where it said we had 7 days to bring it back for a refund or store credit but nust have original packaging and receipt which I had. When we got home and saw them in the sun light my mom said one was too dark and to bring it back. I went to the store and the manager pointed out in small print below where it said we had 7 days to return it. It said no refunds or exchanges. I asked him for store credit and he still said no. So, be careful and read the bottom of the receipt REAL GOOD!!!!! SO we're out over $80 read more

They have a huge selection of hair and products, but the employees are so dang RUDE. Like, this one chick tried to correct the word I was using and I almost let her have it, but I'm tired. Not to mention, not once did anyone even offer to help me. The ONLY reason I went over there is because of the selection and price, but not another dime of my money will they get. They need to hire more customer-oriented employees instead of bison in bad wigs with stank attitudes. And if you're reading this, I knew exactly what I was saying when I said "RAVEL", but I'll let you think you're important while you're selling wigs while I'm TEACHING ENGLISH. Wasted $300 in this store on no good hair that was horrible quality and frizzy and shedded all over it couldn't be braided without it looking like the braids were months old. Then an ugly employee that looked like flava flavs sister and needs a good meal tries to argue with me about the hair being "good" meanwhile she's wearing an ugly blue wig you get for Halloween. Acting like she bought the hair herself and I offended her simply by me expressing what happened to me while the hair I bought from there was being applied. Please don't say you want the opportunity to make it right when you all repeatedly have your customers kicked out by the police officer WHILE YOU STAND THERE AND WATCH Us helplessly denied and saddened (BTW I live in WC and absolutely LOVE our cops SO THIS isn't personal with them). Please change your store hours to closing at 8:30pm, I unterstand you all would like to go home but some people rush to your store to only be told that even though its 5 mins until closing "we've already closed the cash registers and you don't have time to get whet you need".. they didn't even bother to ask what I needed. I just need to exchange braiding hair and was told "just come back tomorrow!". I'm a very loyal customer that frequents this location several times a month, there's two hair stores near by and I've never had a bad experience with them! I'll take my business elsewhere since I'm obviously a burden to you all. I'll choose QUALITY over QUANTITY any day :) This experience was hurtful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. read more

I got a big issue with the fact that they claim to discount students.. but when I showed my permit as an Esthetician the cashier told me no.. it doesn't count. Call me salty but I'm going to beauty school, and it's not only hair sold in here!! So why do only Cosmo's so called count??? I just felt that was real off! I proudly displayed my badge from Vogue College and was rejected lol. AND it takes forever to get service in the wig section. Granted the owner is very sweet and helpful.. but 2 or 3 other employees will pass me by before I'm asked if I need any help. That's fine! USAA Beauty Outlet RIGHT DOWN the street gives discounts to ALL beauty students. I'll just go there next time and every time after that!! read more

I wish I could give it no stars! No one greeted me when I walked in but I shrugged it off. No one offered any assistance but again, I shrugged it off. I'm pretty low maintenance and don't require much help while shopping so those two things weren't a huge deal for me. However as I was shopping and had gathered almost $100 worth of hair, I was told that they were closing in a few minutes. I said ok. No big deal. However a minute later, still before closing, the same gentleman came back and said again that they were closing. This time more forcefully. His tone essentially said, "Hurry up and buy!" So I put all of the hair back and as I was doing so, he asked if everything was ok. I responded that it was not but I was simply going to leave the store and spend my money elsewhere. I don't believe in subpar customer service. Especially when someone is spending their money with you even though there are an abundance of places they can go to spend their hard earned money. I was a frequent customer and spent quite a bit of money. However after this experience, I won't be going back. Ever. read more
