When I called to set the appointment for the job, again, called me back within 24 hours. Set the job and the guys were here promptly. We paid for a full day rate of two painters and they completed the work within 4 1/2 hours and then asked us what else they could do. Had them paint some interior walls. The team was courteous and fast. That job was completed with a high level of quality. Another project we gave them was to refinish our hi-style kitchen cabinets from a stained brownish finish to a semi-gloss white finish. A special crew that does this work were assigned this task. Sam and his crew did an outstanding job preparing the cabinets for painting, removing all the drawers and doors, sanding, masking, applying primer and applying high quality paint. Got two quotes and went with wall works because of their extensive reviews here on Yelp. EVERYONE Most of the reviews are from years ago. I Should have looked more into that. While Frank is a nice guy and his crew was polite, they simply just get the job done. When spending $$$ I'm paying for your expertise. We had a plumber replace a failed copper hot water line which required numerous access holes to be cut in our downstairs bathroom, entry hall and kitchen / family room. Wall Works was highly recommended in Temecula Talks so we went with the local suggestions. Frank from Wall Works visited my house while I was on deployment (USN) and told my wife that the texture would not match 100% but she would like the job his guys would do with the repairs and that we should just see what it looks like. On 28 AUG, Frank from Wall Works visited again to review the work his employees completed as neither my wife nor I was pleased with the quality of his company's work. We pointed out that his guys missed texturing areas areas in the bathroom and around the AC registers / vents and that the texture failed to match the surrounding areas. After the review of his workers job, Frank agreed that the work his employees completed was not as good as it should have been and the job could have been done better. After Frank defended his position by stating during the first meeting that the new texture would not be a perfect match with the original as it is a "repair job". My wife recalled Frank saying that, but not before Frank convinced her that his guys do good work and she'd be happy with their job. Frank, at one point, stated some people want to see the lines of the repair work to show some repair work had been done. He said it a second time in which I told him that we were not one of those families. He then attempted to pass the buck on to the painters by saying that they should have sanded down the texture to match it better. At this point in the conversation, all I wanted to know was what the price was going to be to skim/float and re-texture the entire ceiling. We had already paid him $1100.00 to patch and texture the ceiling and $850 for the painters to paint the entire ceiling affected by the repairs. So we're already out the $2000.00 for the leak repair and Frank quoted us another $1200.00 to fix the job his workers messed up on. I calmly reminded him that we had already paid him $1100 and asked him if he could lower the price. We were interrupted by his phone call and afterwards, his attitude changed to a combative posture but said he could do it for $1000.00. I thought that was a poor counter so after him saying that was the best he could do, I told him that he could leave. He was apparently agitated that I was asking him to leave as he was recalcitrant in his departure. I asked him again to leave and walked him to the front door. I told him that I would leave this negative post detailing why I was disappointed with his company's work performance, his company's customer support, and his ethics. He stopped in my front door's threshold, preventing me from closing the door, and said that he was going to post a negative comment about me as well. I asked him how that was going to impact me and he said directly to my face to F%@# OFF! I closed the door behind him and sat down to document this experience. I believe that Frank at Wall Works took advantage of my wife while I was on deployment, by convincing her that she would like the quality of his company's work even after saying the lines would be noticeable - she is not. I believe that the customer support from the very beginning was inadequate and unethical. I believe that companies like Wall Works rely upon "return" or "rework" and bank on it. I don't see how this can be a good business model to rely upon, but nonetheless it is apparent that Frank at Wall Works knew the patch and texture would not blend in properly thus destroying the aesthetics of the rooms and requiring the rework. Good customer support would have been to only suggest the re-float of the ceiling and never to have recommended the patch job. I believe the practice of "rework" is unethical. If the practice of convincing a customer to "see what it looks like" instead of being forthright can be seen as unethical, then Frank at Wall Works is an unethical person that takes advantage of people by convincing them to have work completed that he knows will not be accepted as aesthetically pleasing by the home owner. Oh yeah, no CV-19 mask either. Its not that this prevented me from letting Frank in to my house, but it is apparent to me that he exhibits no regard for the well being of his past customer's well being. read more

Second time I've called Frank. Great service again. I had a roof leak that brought a part of the ceiling down and water also traveled to the front wall. I hung the new drywall but asked Frank to come do the tape, texture and paint. The work they did was perfect. They matched the texture perfectly nicely ceiling and walls. The ceiling painting was going to be a little tricky because the ceiling in this house runs continuously throughout the the living room, family room and hallway. They blended the living room ceiling color in perfectly. The entire job was neat, clean, professional, respectful of our property and very pleasant. Where do I start? After having several bids on my kitchen cabinet paint job, I decided to go with Wall Works. Frank conducted the bid and he was friendly and fair. We were able to stay in the house during the evening but the smell of paint thinner was too strong during the day which was explained to us from the get go. Called for a quote on Wednesday, and they were able to begin on the following Monday. Frank came out and helped pick a paint scheme and offered a lot of insight on what paint would suit my house the best. Since the sun hits the front of my house all day, he suggested using a slightly different color scheme for my garage doors than having them match the front doors. Daniel and Steve were great workers as well. The Wall Works crew took some initiative when it came to doing some of the paint, and it turned out fantastic. They worked fast, but at the same time, they really took their time. They were also very respectful and communicative. I had wall works paint the outside of my house, when they were done they filled my trash cans with all their trash, to the top including paint cans. They left nails all over the ground including my driveway, porch and in my flower bed. They didn't even sweep up the shavings from the trim, I had to do that and put my patio furniture back myself. The house paint I liked however, the trim and garage were awful, it didn't highlight the house. I called frank and told him that I didn't like the green trim he said there was nothing he could do. He said he would come out and look and he never did. It would have been more professional if he said he would paint the garage door white if we bought the paint but we never heard from him. My. I just had my house painted by wall works. I paid almost 10 thousand dollars for a subpar paint job on cabinets and whole house. They left their trash in my house along with beer cans and cigarettes butts in my garage. The kept running my air conditioning at 60 degrees when nobody else was there. They called the work done but they didn't put back my smoke detectors or all of my outlet covers that they took off. My sister and me got into disagreement with Frank on phone because he painted my kitchen a color I did not agree to. He actually used the F word. I told him that was unprofessional and asked for my keys back. He said " Make new one". He then told me to stop harassing him. So I writing this review to warn people of the this company! read more
