You know they are beef because you can see it and the texture says beef, but beyond that they really have no flavor. This was a "just OK" experience for both of us. We were greeted by the bartenders with a smile and a "Welcome in!". The staff were really nice and even when the bar picked up a little later, they were attentive, efficient, and polite.
