The staff at Sandi's took all of my concerns into account and did not discount my worries. They were very thorough in asking about my dog's health, issues, etc... They even went "frog hunting" with the pups every night in the backyard. I came home after two weeks to a spotless house, and they even bathed the dogs while I was away. I also appreciated that with this service comes advance scheduling, coverage for cancellations, etc., all that you can't get with a Rover sitter and what I couldn't take a risk on with such a big trip. Not only did help me raise the funds by sharing my fundraiser, she grew to love both my dogs. I never leave the house unless my boyfriend is home because my dog has separation anxiety and destroys the house. The new dog has grown severely attached to me, I assume from whatever trauma he faced on the streets. The new one is not crate trained and screams and soils himself if you put him in one. I have a lot of medical conditions that I used to have to cancel appointments for if I my boyfriend was out of town for work. Levi absolutely loved this structured socializing hour and had a blast. On top of making a new doberman bestie, we also got a lot of training tips and advice from the trainer, Charisma. We even worked on a little loose leash training and a new trick called "place." I wasn't expecting so much for only $10! After our first social hour, Levi became the most loving puppy ever! What was once an energizer bunny is now a chill and cuddly K-9. I don't know what magic they did to my dog but I highly recommend bringing your puppy here!! I truly wish I didn't spend all my money on another training business because I would've loved for Levi to do their day training program. I really hope they have an adult dog social hour in the future. Levi is rapidly outgrowing the rest of these puppies and would love an adult doggy date.

She had been groomed professionally less than a month prior to this & we had groomed her in-between (she is our 4th OES, so we are very familiar with the breed and upkeep). OES are double coated dogs; they should never be clipped to less than 1.5 inches as it can cause permanent damage to their coat texture, lead to skin cancer, cause overheating losing the protective coat and cause infections. A qualified groomer should know this! The cut she gave her was beyond ridiculous looking, but also put her in physical danger. We had to take her to the emergency vet on Labor Day as she was non-stop licking her sanitary area, anxious, refusing to eat and not leaving the cough. The vet diagnosed her with severe razor burns to this area, along with other spots on her body. She was prescribed a steroid, had to have a cone collar for 4 days, and probiotics/anti diarrhea meds for the stress diarrhea it was causing. She also was lethargic and unable to eat for 3 days (this is a very active 8 month old puppy). We spent 6 hours at the ER vet, the cost for vet fees was $250 - the cost for the groom was over $300 for a shave! Furry land reimbursed the groom but has refused to cover vet fees - not to count the suffering our large puppy has gone through. DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE SERVICE. They should have their license revoked!
