They were able to X-Ray my arm, knee and hip on site and provide immediate assurance of no fractures. Prescriptions were called into the Publix pharmacy next door with request to immediately fill. I was also given a care package to change my dressing. After getting back to our condo, I received an extensive summary report of their evaluation, treatment and home care instructions with links to the X-rays. Highly recommend for the quality and timely service and professional follow report to provide to my PCP.

I was in the office only scheduled to see a medical assistant for an injection, not Amanda. She popped her head in just to say hi and immediately noticed I was stressed. She took the time to come in, close the door, sit down, and ask me what was bothering me -- even though I wasn't on her schedule at all. Most providers would never dedicate that kind of time or attention. Amanda is not only an exceptional healthcare provider, but a genuinely kind, giving, and compassionate human being. So I left my primary care doctor's office because I felt like a number. It just wasn't the same…read moreanymore and I heard from a co-worker that they switched to Advent Health Primary Care+. I decided to take the leap of faith and make an appointment. I am glad that I did. I live in Apopka and this office is less than 10 minutes away from me, so its location was important, They have late hours until 8pm on weekdays and are open on the weekend. If you are familiar with the Advent Health system, all of your medical information is accessible through their website or their app you can download on your phone. I love that if I get bloodwork done at one of their locations, it's almost immediately available in their portal. I can access my past appointments and if I have ever gone to a Centra Care or the Advent ER, all of that is available. So far it's been great. Even if I don't always see the same doctor, all of the notes are in the system. Every time I have had an appointment, the doctor or the assistant has been very caring, helpful and informative.

The Nurse Practitioners are always down to earth and compassionate. The triage nurses are so great my son and I have been frequent fliers lately between ear infections, sinus infections and COVID. Sometimes I will make an appointment but others times we just walk in. The office is always very nice and put together. The staff we have encountered which is most of them have all been so kind and patient. I as a parent never feel that my questions are below the health care providers pay grade.
