In walks Garth Hollar - now a manager, he walked us through everything, got us in a used car and financed through Wallace. Fast forward nine months - I go to Garth, who is now with Wallace Nissan. I said I wanted a new truck. Garth had a pre-certified 2012 Titan with good miles, and an extended warranty. With credit being the issue - he went to work and got me the truck with the warranty and a good payment. Now a few months later, my wife's Coggin Honda Accord had four months left on the lease and they wouldn't offer a lease to us. In walks Garth, gets us a 2015 Altima with leather and bumper to bumper. I am a person of loyalty - it's a good thing they own different dealerships because I'll only shop at wallace - they took care of my family, even went to our lawyer to let them know what we did to work it out. I been going to Wallace nissan for years, service was awesome then, lately not so good. its been deteriorating and rapidly, to the point of no return. the service personnel are the worst noone wants to help all while starting at the computer with no one in front, attitude if ask a question. I took my car for oil change I mention to the lady that took the order I was going to wait because I live a bit of distance after 2.5 hours I went to check she stated it was going to be much later because was waiting for the tech. i'm writing know about my experience with Nissan. I have bought two vehicles from Wallace in the last year my card. My wife's car got messed up and I got it towed to Wallace Nissan and they told me it was gonna take it. A week had passed by and nobody had even looked at my vehicle the attitude that I got from the service attendant was well. You could take your car anywhere. You wanna go with your car but right now we're swapping out three engines and that's priority after having my car for a whole week with no answers whatsoever at that point I no longer had any interest on doing business with Wallace. So I paid out-of-pocket for a tow truck to come and pick up the car from Wallace to Nissan and that was yesterday at 2 o'clock. It's today at 1:30. I had a really unpleasant experience at Wallace Nissan. I was strongly pushed toward a car that was honestly in shocking condition. The interior smelled like a gas station ashtray, and the cigarette smoke was so deeply embedded it felt permanent. (They didn't bother to clean the car) What really sealed it for me were the literal cigarette burn holes all over the back of the car--so many that it looked like a family of gophers had been living back there and never stopped chain-smoking. I have 12 remaining "free" or financed without my knowledge oil changes. I have scheduled weeks in advance at an early morning appointment as I work in West Palm or Miami. I have an appointment set up for tomorrow. They NOW have changed the policy and I am no longer allowed to wait for the oil change. So they expect two people to miss work to obtain any services? This is the worst customer service I have seen. I have done this same process for the two years I have owned the vehicle brought brand new from them. Due to work, I have spent the last six months traveling for the whole week to Naples. I am doing EVERYTHING to get the needed maintenance performed on my vehicle. They just call me the day before and "change their policy" and expect me to magically come up with an additional person so I can drop off the vehicle as we are no longer allowed to wait! What? Then a $2500 quote to replace a faulty air bag sensor that seems more like a safety recall concern but with Nissan your necessary safety parts should all be replaced while the cars under a warranty because they don't make air bag sensors to last the life of the car and then make them insanely expensive to replace by including the sensor only if you buy an entire new chair? Then parts and labor cost don't add up here. Avoid here and Nissan at all costs. Better going to somewhere local since Nissan and Wallace Nissan don't seem to give two shakes about their customers. Everything should improve. Their service department is all but not existent. I bought a brand new car on the way home. A sonar problem showed up. Went back to dealer. OK they had to order it. Will call you when it comes in probably two days. It was over a week. Have problem with the driver side door, the clicks and clocks when I open it all the way. Went back to the dealer. He checked it. OK we have to order a part and will call you when it comes in. I don't know where it's coming from but it's been two weeks already. Haven't heard from them. I'm just gonna go to Fort Pierce Nissan. I used them for years. Their service department was always good and accommodating and they always did good work. I would not buy a car from these losers again. While we were walking around, looking at cars, the salesman was on the phone talking to previous customers bribing them to complete the survey in his favor with a full tank of gas. "I'll fill the survey out with you. You don't have to do anything. And I'll give you a full tank of gas."I should've left and went somewhere else at that point. While we were sitting there waiting for the paperwork for our brand new car, the salesman went and put gas in it. When he came back, he was sitting at the desk and received a phone call and I heard him say what exclamation I just took that car to get gas. And then he ran back to the service department. They knew all along there was an error in the sonar system before we even left the driveway. And never said a thing. From the top to the bottom, these people are less than honest. Beware of this dealership for scams. I talked a car down from $29,400 to $25,750. They valued my trade in at $12,500 which was fair. I owed $6,500 on it which would give me $6,000 to put down. That would make the car $19,750 to be financed. They tried to say I have to finance $25,000. They said who's gonna pay the car off? I had no clue dealerships still try to pull scams. I bought my car in July of 2023 and during the process, everyone was so nice and once I decided to purchase the car, it quickly changed. My car salesman did not talk to me but once after deciding to take the car to tell me he would pull the car around and then to ask me for my keys to my trade in. He sat in the waiting area on his phone while I waited at his desk to be called in to sign all my documents. When I went outside to clean out my trade in, it was dark and he still sat in the waiting area with his back toward me which was kind of scary as I was alone. I started to put my stuff in my new car and realized it was filthy still and had not been washed. I went inside to let him know I was done, he asked for the keys to my trade in. Grabbed them from me then jumped in my trade in and pulled off. I did not even get a hand shake, a congrats or anything. I felt really uncomfortable. After that, I went back for my initial free oil change that took 2 hours... with an appointment. I was so frustrated at the whole process, i did not go back until this weekend because I got an email for a $59.99 oil change. I booked a service appt for an oil change a week in advance on a Saturday. I was told they had a shuttle to take me home (a mile from the dealership) to take care of some things. I showed up Saturday for my 8:30 appointment and was told it would be ready by 11 am.... I said okay how do I get the shuttle back home? He stated they do not have the shuttle on the weekends and said 'I'm the only one here and I can't leave the desk empty just to take you back home' i said okay just cancel the appointment. I am so tired of the way this dealership treats people in every part of the process except when they're trying to make the deal. FINANCE FRAUD!!! First off they lied about engine size and tow package capabilities for the truck I was interested in-made me drive across the state to figure that out. Also, I walked in to this dealership after driving across the state from Tampa, with 2% preapproved financing from my local credit union, in hand. It was an hour of dancing around them saying I had to sign a back up of their financing in case mine didn't go through after the weekend ended. I told him I'm not signing any other financing because they could not touch a 2% rate. I had to leave their dealership before they called me back willing to play ball in price ranges and through my financing. I own multiple companies so I do not sign anything especially something that could impact my credit report. They forged my signature and uploaded a authorization to/through their financing. I did not notice it until I looked at my credit reports sometime later. I have had to jump through so many hoops with all of the credit reporting agencies to get this mess taken off my credit report. They refused to answer my letters calls and the GM Chris Falzone, hid in the back when I drove back across the state to get it cleared up. This is a fraud shop! Original Review: After getting my Rogue serviced for three years it's sad to see this place turn to a clown show. I took my vehicle to get the oil change and tires rotated on Saturday, June 22nd. During that visit, the person I dealt with found two things that needed to be done in addition to usual items needing to be done at that mileage. Since I was in a hurry, I just did the oil change and tire rotation and set an appointment for the following Saturday, June 29th at 8:00AM for those services. At the time of the first appointment, their systems were down so the person wrote down what needed to be done as opposed to entering it into the system. The next week the guy I dealt with was not there and instead this rude guy with a clean shaven head and face was there at the counter. He asked me what I was there for. I'm not a car guy so I can't remember what those two items that needed to be addressed were. This guy is instead of knowing what I needed was trying to sell me on some $600-800 packages. I told him I was tired of playing a guessing game and being upsold and just wanted him to look up what the person last week wrote down. I would not recommend this dealership for service. Buying the car was a breeze and pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the car. The service department is awful. I brought my car in for a panel that was loose which wasn't a big deal, however my car was damaged in the meantime. The taping around the door was scratched and the rubber strip cut as well. The tech states he didn't do it, however it was obvious. He was young and careless. The service manager offered to fix it and I would have to come back for the second time to fix the taping and rubber. The following trip I got a rental which I paid a $50 deposit for and was responsible for a full take of gas. Once I got the rental I went back to the dealership to get items from my car only to find out the wrong part was received. The rubber was fixed but not the tape which means I didn't need the rental. It was a waste of time. Which the "Nissan promise" said they will respect my time and employ professional, well-trained, and knowledgeable staff. Both ended up being broken promises or I wouldn't be dealing with this. The third time I made an appointment the rental was suppose to be squared away by the service manager and advisor. I get dropped off with my stuff to be told no rental was coordinated. I was very frustrated at this point. I came back to the dealership to see my car park in the dirt and so upset at this point I left with my car and will fix it on my own. I don't trust for it to be done right. Getting a new key if the original owner did not have it. The sales rep I worked with is no longer employed at Wallace. It has been 3 months and still no key. I made many calls , left messages explaining my situation. No return calls at all. Now I realize that once you buy from them, they just say good bye and ignore you after they make their sale. First of all, I'd like to say the salesperson ANDREW was the only employee that I really liked to talk to. He's a nice guy and did his job the right way! But other than that, I can tell you guys that Jose (one of the managers) spoke with me over the phone and we agreed that he would include the leather seats on the deal with no cost. Then, once they had the contract ready to sign, he backed up on his word and told me me that there was nothing that he could do it about (basically leave it or take it)... that's unbelievable! From where I come from, a word worth more than a signature. I was doing a trade in and my Chevrolet Cargo Van had the security light triggered the day that I was going to get the truck. Instead of trying to fix my van and do the deal with Nissan, I decided to take my van to Chevrolet to be repaired and then I went to Wallace Nissan. I spoke with Chris (another manager) and explain to him what happened to my van and that I'd honor the deal that I gave my word, but instead of doing the trade in, I was going to pay the difference as a down payment and still do the deal. He (Chris) told me that everything was fine, that they'd get the contract ready for me in the afternoon. I said OK. But then when I was back to sign the contract, numbers was a little different that what we agreed (leather seats was CHARGED), and again Jose (manager) told me that I had to "EAT the leather seats" if I wanted to do the deal. After all of this, I "ATE the NO COMMITMENTS" that you guys made up and sign the contract. When I was ready to do the down payment, another BIG SURPRISE! YAMI (Financial) told me that WALLACE does NOT accept more than $3,000 on a credit card, which by the way... NOBODY told me at any point HOW I should've done the DOWN PAYMENT. Not even CHRIS... So, I had a 10,200 TOTAL as a DOWN PAYMENT, and I had to pay 3,000 in credit card and I have to drop off a cashiers check of 7,200 this week (which I was NOT expecting to do)... And I know that you guys can make an exception, but at that point (contract signed) nobody cared about the situation and myself! So, I'm really frustrated and disappointed with WALLACE NISSAN. I don't think that any of your employees (Jose, Chris, Yami) are honest people. There's NO COMMITMENT and AGREEMENT! You do whatever it takes to get the deal, you LIE after that first approach, you DO NOT honor your word, you DON'T disclosure requirements for DOWN PAYMENT (HOW should be done)... Enticed by an advertisement took a 2 hour drive from south Florida Advertisement indicated a reduced price not honored once we arrived. Totally misleading. Went into Wallace, met salesman Timothy, and walked out with a brand new shiny 2019 Rogue. Just SEAMLESS! Timothy was incredible! Super efficient, kind, and HONEST. He made my car buying experience completely stress free. Everyone at Wallace was extremely wonderful, from Timothy, to the sales manager Michael, and finance director, Aida. I spent 2 days communicating by email and was told that I will pay a certain price for a car that I specially asked not to waste my time since the dealership was one hour away from me and that the car was never in an accident. After driving for an hour, the car was in an accident and was repaired on the drivers side (very obvious) and if that was not enough, they would not honor the price that I was led to believe I'd pay for the car with no accidents. Brought my car in get a diagnostic for check in engine light. My appt was at 8:15am Saturday. Dropped my car off at Friday night & told I would get a call by 1pm about results. No call made to me about results as promised. Got a call 2 days later with results. Picked up my car Monday afternoon and battery was completely drained when I tried to start it. Got a jump from service department. The next 2 mornings my battery was dead each time I started it. It seemed the tech who parked my car left the electrical system on for the 2.5 days my car was at the dealership and killed my battery. After taking time off work to fix this issue & explain thesituation to the service rep and manager they stated sometimes batteries go dead for no reason and would not take responsibility. Strange I had no issues with battery until I left my car with them. When I first got my Nissan I had to get used to the push button starter and accidentally left the electrical system on and killed my battery that I had to get a new one Thank goodness the battery was under warranty. They still made me pay for installation and part of the battery, even though I feel they were at fault. Worst car repair experience and service I have ever dealt with. read more

Never going to go to a Wallace owned dealership (or car place in South Florida for that matter) EVER again. My transmission was dying on my car so I went to go have it replaced, Wallace Nissan said they gave me a new one and charged the full multiple thousands of dollars for it, and then 6 months later I was driving and the transmission blew! I broke down in Starke, FL at sundown and had to have it towed to the Gainesville Nissan where they proceeded to tell me that my transmission was really old and needed replacing... had to get a new transmission there. Wallace completely ripped me off. THEN, I went to buy a new car from Wallace Hyundai a few months ago and a couple days after buying it I had to bring it in to get repairs on it. I had to leave it in the shop for over 24 hours and when I asked about a rental car they told me that my car was not under warranty and that I would have to get and pay for a rental all by myself. Well last month when I brought it in to the Anderson Hyundai dealership in SC, that dealership told me that my car did have a warranty and reserved me a rental car. None of the typical BS you normally get from most Dealer's. No bait and switch, no lofty promises. Just a fair deal with no aggravation and Sammy has to be the most patient salesman we have ever met. We started looking at Hundai, then Mazda and ended up at Nissan! We spent hours looking! Turns out, they never did the oil changes requested, but turned off the indicator warning so we thought they were done. Now we have a 40k mile truck with a useless engine. I just wanted you all to know, the Hyundai Elantra you sold me has so many problems. First of all the air diverted in the front is broken - NO I did not hit anything with it I went over a speed bump and it fell down and started dragging on the ground, the battery is bad, these two items I came in to your dealership prior to the 30 days 1000 miles and was told not covered under the all inclusive warranty. "No matter what is wrong with the car we will fix it" statement made by the salesman. The tires while the tread looks good, the front tires are dry rot, and they are different sizes, I was told the tires are great. All in all I am pleased with the car, but not pleased with Wallace Nissan. If I was treated honestly in the beginning and told these items, it would be different but as usual I was lied to. Disappointing and disgusted! I've been looking for a car for months! How do you know what you want until you research and test drive right?! Test driving and trying to find the right one takes time. Checked out a nice demo with 6000 miles on it agreed to start talking pricing, they started way low for my trade and barely anything off for the demo (which was obviously driven and used) by one of the employees (who according to the salesman had it for a couple months as he talked about him driving it with his 3 kids as i watched him smoking out back) should seen the red flag then. Then i got to meet Mike (Name tag Long Island) what a peach that Mike (insert sarcasm and eye roll) he was so abrasive and unprofessional that it was clear my business was just not important to him or Wallace Nissan, i wasn't worthy of his presence. He's word exactly "you don't seem excited so come back when your excited and serious" Wow! Well, im serious about one thing I won't shop Wallace or Nissan now. Thanks Mike for helping me narrow it down. The really crazy thing is I had already talked to my lender and was narrowing it down to two cars trying to decide which is right for my family. I also figured since my husband is a vet Memorial weekend nows the time to decide. Guess I wasn't serious enough for Meathead Mike. BTW I am picking up my new Ford Explorer tomorrow!!
