The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

So to say I've spent *thousands* of dollars in Swan estate sales and auctions is not an exaggeration. Today they had a sale with some boxes of baseball cards. Of the nine boxes of cards I grabbed, five boxes had *two* stickers that said they were $10. Four had $20 stickers. I asked for a ticket of sale and the man said they were all $20 each. I showed him a box that had two (*two*) $10 stickers on it and he said it was $20 and the stickers were wrong. I put down all nine boxes and told the guy he should remove the stickers that contradict the price he's telling people. He said, "yeah." And started removing the $10 stickers from the boxes that weren't $20. Long story short, Swan does not honor their own stickered prices and will not be getting another cent from this once faithful customer.

The paint was solid and they did not get a drop of paint on anything else. (I mean that painting is beautiful.) Lane, from Redbud, did everything he could to make sure I was happy with their work. He made sure everyone did their job and that all materials were available for the workers. Lane even appeared in court for me as I had requested. I have never experienced such good work from a company in my 22 years of homeownership.
