    Well I came here to get my windows tinted and couldn't make it past the first interaction with an…read moreemployee working there because of how rude they were. I went online to setup an appointment and it told me to call. I called and it took me through the steps to confirm my appointment. I go into their store at the time my appointment was and told this red headed guy I was there a little early for my appointment and he just looked at me and said there are no appointments today. I replied that I went online and called and it said I was confirmed and he repeated there is no appointment. Then after looking on his computer he said I was on some waitlist to be called and that I don't have an appointment and laughed at me as if I am familiar with their scheduling process. He then asked seemingly annoyed what I'm looking to get tinted on my car and rudely said well we don't have anything for scheduling today and that he'll need to get me scheduled. I was done at that point and told him I'll just call and he laughed at me again. In actuality I will not be calling them back and will be taking my money elsewhere. Do you train your employees to laugh at customers and be rude? Also do you train your employees to not offer options or to not say things like, "oh I'm sorry about the scheduling issue you experienced. Let me get you scheduled right away." This guy in front is a joke and needs to not be interacting with customers.

Although they were unable to do the windshield, due to the difficulty and specialty tools involved, they were able to do all side windows and back window and it looks fantastic, I would highly recommend. They were prompt and professional, 10/10 service and communication.

    I recently had my grandfather take my busted gaming desktop to Brandon Sayles for him to see which…read moreparts were busted and were not working because I was UNSURE and don't have a lot of knowledge about computers. Brandon took my computer for 4 days to try and diagnose it. Then told my grandfather most of the parts were busted. I had to pay him $150 for him to check the computer out and for him to reassemble it when he's finished. He waited a couple days to give the computer back. When my grandfather picked the computer up from Brandon he brought him home. I was on a 7 day stretch at work so I couldn't drop it off nor pick it up. When I saw the computer and the box of parts I gave to him. The graphics card was swapped with a very crappy card. He swapped the GTX 960 with a "HIS ice" card. I gave him 2 motherboards because I didn't know if both or if ANY worked. He only gave me back 1 of the motherboards. He took a 8GB RAM stick out of the box with all the parts. Did NOT give me a power supply. Didn't even finish putting the PC back together (screws weren't even screwed in). *OVERVIEW* Brandon took my GTX 960 2GB SUPER OVER CLOCKED EVGA edition and swapped it with a 10 year old HIS, ICE graphics card. Took my Asus Prime motherboard, Didn't return my power supply cord and my 8GB stick of ram. I noticed this when I unscrewed my case and looked inside and noticed the box of parts I gave him were rather empty.. (missing motherboard, ram and card) I'm mad at the fact he took my parts. And took advantage of people who don't know much about computers let alone gaming computers. (my grandfather) I looked on facebook marketplace to see BOTH of my parts on there (gtx 960 and my asus prime motherboard.) I then went on my facebook to msg him and meet up with him to ask for my parts back and give him his crappy graphics card that he replaced my gtx 960 with. *RECORDING THIS WHOLE MEET UP* I met up with him at his Office/Home and looked at all my parts sitting in one of his pcs.. I asked how he got them and he replied with "I got them out of a customers computer when he traded in" I knew it was mine when I looked at the serial # on the card. I then asked for my parts back and told him these were actually my parts and my grandfather brought my computer here for you to check it out and diagnose it. NOT for you to take it apart and replace the parts with ANCIENT parts that are nowhere near the parts that you took. I then asked for my parts back and he started to get in my face and start telling me how I RIPPED HIM off because my computer that I had my grandfather bring was all in a box and most of everything wasn't put together. He kept complaining about the parts being busted so he kept them since I SCREWED him over. EVEN THO I paid him $150 for him to assemble everything and see which parts were busted or not. Never once did me or my grandfather tell him to keep ANY parts. He kept saying on how I screwed him over and getting in my face so I then looked at my phone to see if I was still recording this whole incident and he saw my phone on the video mode then he lunged and grabbed at me and pulled my backpack off of my shoulders. So I ran outside into my car because he was acting VERY hostile. I noticed he took my backpack so I didn't want to leave without it. He threw it at the back of my car so I get out of the car and get my back then run back to my car and drive off as he's running after me. I then take a right on his street to realize it's a CIRCLE. I drive around the circle to see him standing in front of my car. He then called the cops and told them I hit him in the shoulder and I hit him with my car. I RECORDED THE WHOLE THING. Police came he was still continuing to threat me and my girlfriend for recording. The police tried to handle the situation but he was very violent and hostile. He then went back inside and grabbed ONE of my parts and brought it out and said "if you delete the video I will give you your graphics card and your power supply cord, and not press charges for you hitting me." I knew I didn't hit him and I had video proof of me not hitting him BUT him hitting me! ALL IN ALL I should've researched this guy on Iowa courts before I did business with him. Brandon Glenn Sayles is a very poor business man who is dishonest to people who don't know much about computers and very VIOLENT. I saved up all my money on those parts for him to be paid $150 to take my parts out and swap them with junk WITHOUT permission. All in all. I didn't get my parts back that I saved up my money for. *READ* IF YOU EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE YOU BRING IT TO HIM AND BE CAREFUL AS HE IS VIOLENT. I RECOMMEND RECORDING EVERYTHING WHEN YOU MEET WITH HIM FOR YOUR SAFETY. If I didn't record this incident I would be in jail right now for Assault. BE CAREFUL.

    this was very possibly the worst customer service experience i have ever seen. paid him to replace…read morethe keyboard in my laptop then a month and a half later he tells me he cant get the keyboard from the manufacturer. after which time it took me roughly a week trying to get a refund from him as he was not answering my calls so i drove to his office/home and he told me he didn't have it on him at the moment so i should come back at 3 or 4 that afternoon so i did. at 3 when i arrived he still did not have it so he said he would bring it to me later that evening. 7 pm rolls around and hes nowhere to be seen so i call him and he tells me something came up and he would drop it off in the morning. i wait until 11:30 am and he has not shown up so i call and yet another thing came up and he would be out of town until 3. 3:30 rolls around and he hasn't shown up so i text him and he tells me i can come over any time to pick it up. long story short Brandon is terrible at communication and keeping appointments and i would never recommend working with him.
