When I asked to return the unit for the correct size, the owners refused to permit the return by indicating the item was a "special order." They also argued that since I accepted the unit they ordered, I was responsible for checking that the unit was the correct size - even though I had provided them with the correct specs and relied on them to order the replacement correctly. Put differently, they wanted me to verify that they placed the order correctly before paying for the unit. So, I'm out $800 dollars because the owners of the store failed to acknowledge their mistake in ordering the wrong unit and wouldn't even attempt to make me whole by ordering the correct one. Terrible customer service and very questionable business practices.

Lady who helped me was friendly, and answered the questions I had. I picked up a bag of Hickory (Texas Blend) Green Mountain pellets for what I thought was a good price. I was in the store for a while and bought some products and I think it was the owners mother who was very nice. Part of my purchase was a bag of charcoal. It was my mistake leaving with my purchases and forgot to grab the bag of charcoal. I don't live close to the store. I called and left two phone messages and I emailed or faxed The receipt. I don't remember which one I did because it's been a while. They never contacted me. So they got me for one bag of charcoal and that's fine. For that reason I don't recommend their store. There are plenty of barbecue stores that sell good stuff.
