They also argued that since I accepted the unit they ordered, I was responsible for checking that the unit was the correct size - even though I had provided them with the correct specs and relied on them to order the replacement correctly. Put differently, they wanted me to verify that they placed the order correctly before paying for the unit. So, I'm out $800 dollars because the owners of the store failed to acknowledge their mistake in ordering the wrong unit and wouldn't even attempt to make me whole by ordering the correct one. Not being very hapoy about that we waited nervously for delivery a week later. The delivery guys set everything up pretty quickly & had to take time to fix several cracks in the stucco which they did & even showed me how to do it in case any cracks develop in the future. I've already cooked several meals on it in the 5 days we've had it & it has far surpassed our expectations. Many of the bad reviews mentioned that it doesn't get very hot. That certainly wasn't my experience. My grill gets plenty hot, o hot that when cooking some bbq chicken I had to turn the heat down to prevent burning & when using the smoker attachement was surprised to see that I had to put the heat on low so the chips didn't incinerate. All the attachements are very heavy duty as are the grates, burners & the ceramic briquette grids. The side burner is also pretty heavy duty & gets very hot as well, having made some Chinese in my wok. I plan on painting the stucco the color of my house this weekend which will add extra protection for the stucco. Also, while the guys were just about finished setting up the grill their supervisor wanted to speak with me to ask how they did & was very happy that I was thrilled with their job. Kudos to everyone at Paradise Grills for making such a wonderful product, though thry might want to change their 'no cancellation' policy as its not very consumer friendly.

And of course they are not answering their phone. This was after calling an email confirming delivery was on. Plus, going to the store yesterday to make sure delivery with the product we ordered was still on. I guess the fun has just begun - canceling, demanding a full refund and protesting the credit card charge. MLet the games begin.

It was my mistake leaving with my purchases and forgot to grab the bag of charcoal. I don't live close to the store. I called and left two phone messages and I emailed or faxed The receipt. I don't remember which one I did because it's been a while. They never contacted me. So they got me for one bag of charcoal and that's fine. For that reason I don't recommend their store. There are plenty of barbecue stores that sell good stuff.
