The meal started off with a pepperoni, cheese and cracker platter before the buffet started. The buffet meal included rolls, salad, a beef, a chicken, and a fish dish, ziti in sauce, mashed potatoes, vegetables, coffee, and chocolate chip cookies. Believe me, the quality of the food was a major topic of conversation. Folks loved the beef dish a lot.
