Two years ago, my husband came home with these pretty little cupcakes that were absolutely delicious. A coworker brought them in for a office baby shower. It wasn't overly sweet and had a good cream to cake ratio. I was planning my sisters shower so I immediately called them for the task. Jenny was a pleasure. I asked for something custom and she didn't disappoint. My guests were floored with the quality of design and flavor. I'm so glad we used Goodman's. Not only was it a pleasure interacting with the owners, but when we needed to make a change, they were so accommodating. The best part is that the cookies and brownies were SO good. I heard about these two wonderful ladies from a friend! She had ordered a few platters of varieties of goodies for a bridal shower. She had raved about how delicious they were. I checked out their website and impressed at all they had available. I was getting ready for my sister's bridal shower and wanted to do some sort of sweet treat for the favors. My sister is really outdoorsy so I made her shower theme fishing and camping. I had gotten an idea for themed treats online. A woman sold sets of chocolate covered oreos that looked like bobbers. Unfortunately, her website indicated they were sold out. I really loved this idea, but realized I would never have enough time to pull it off, so sent an inquiry to Goodman Delights, definitely not expecting a yes. I figured if they said no I would just order one of their other wonderful sounding desserts. They said they would be more than happy to try them out! We had a few exchanges over e-mail and they also suggested the idea of a fish to complete it. They told me they would wrap everything individually! This was two weeks before I was to leave for my trip home for the shower. Being the person I am, I have to admit I was a little nervous. I think mainly because I was nervous about the whole shower, but still I did ask for something custom and was not sure how they would look in the end. They knocked it out of the park. The favors were perfect and so cute! They two very talented and creative ladies. Most importantly the goodies were delicious. My guests raved about them. I feel bad it did not recruit a few customers for them. All of my sister's guests live in upstate New York. I hope this review does instead!
