Unbelievable experience. Such honesty and service and professionalism. I went there for a second…read moreopinion on my 2017 Mercedes Benz. I was told by the car dealer I needed to spend $3,500 to replace my bushings. Valley Alignment inspected my car and instead of taking advantage of me, filling knowing why I had come to them, they reported my bushings were perfectly fine and I didn't need to spend a dime. How's that for honesty.

I signed off on something that was supposed to cost like 300$, I leave for Minneapolis and check my invoice and it says 800$. i call them to see what it is and they just decided to do all of these unnecessary things to my car. they already knew what was wrong with it as I provided them the issue I wanted fixed so I told them not to do a diagnostic but they did it anyway, I asked for even just a refund on that and the guy gave me like 30$ off of it. and maybe your thinking maybe it was needed to fix the issue? my car is running the exact same as it was the day I brought it in with the same issue that I had the day I brought it in. I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. For your own sake and money just go anywhere else but here you've honestly got a better shot at fixing it yourself. The circled section in my image is the only thing I wanted.

What I've appreciated the most is their customer service and the level of trust I have in their work. I never get the impression they are suggesting any work that isn't needed nor do they nickel and dime you with additional work. Next time you need some repair/maintenance work and/or want to get another opinion on proposed work, I would definitely recommend them.

Printed out a work history for vehicle since I was a new customer. Service writer glaced at it and handed back to me. Vehicle was kept most of the day. Around 3:45 pm got a call stating it was fixed and ready fir pickup. (No call to approve work) when I pickup work invoice stated #4 cylinder spark plug and coil replaced. I told the counter person that was just replaced. Seemed to drive fine that night. The next day noticed a slight misfire. Stopped by to notify a week later. Was told to bring it in. Dropped off and got a call they could not get a misfire. So $375 to replace a part that was replaced a month prior and no solution. I even told the service writer I have Screenshot data that shows it was misfiring, but he did not ask to see it and only started to bring up work that was not related to this issue. Not happy!
