Wally has a wide variety of music available and if doesn't have it ( that is rare), he can get rather quickly. Love this place!

I took it to the store today and Robbie took an entire set of tuning pegs off a broken headstock and replaced the three tuners. Considering the circumstances, I applaud Robbie for his assistance and professionalism. Now, the bad. I called multiple times and sent an email hoping to resolve this problem without having to go to their physical store location (this is why I ordered online). Unable to speak with anyone, I felt it necessary to to go to their physical location. I asked Robbie if there was some way he could compensate me for my time and trouble. He declined saying that he could not authorize any compensation. My expectation would have been a free t-shirt, or maybe a set of strings, perhaps a few guitar picks, a discount on a future purchase - a small item of nominal value to their organization to keep a customer happy. Meh, it didn't happen. Probably won't do business here again. Oh, as an aside, this store is not open Saturday or Sunday...that makes it difficult for me to make it to this location during the week with traffic and where I work. I left work early to get to their location today.

The set was in great condition and I have not had any complains about it since. I slapped on some new drum heads and love the tone. Overall I would return again they had other used sets at reasonable prices.

Traded in a guitar plus cash; when the guitar I swapped for arrived, it buzzed like a hive of angry killer bees. I thought changing the strings might help; I should have worn a biohazard suit, but I took my chances and removed the grime-caked wires and replaced them with a fresh set of Super Slinky strings. The buzzing persisted, so I took the guitar to a local, highly respected guitar repair man. He inspected the guitar thoroughly and said it's likely going to need about $300 worth of work to make the guitar playable (set up, fret dress, PLEK). Okay. I contacted the shop; the person there offered to pay for some of the work but did not agree with my guy's assessment. To which I have to wonder, if making the guitar playable were so easily accomplished, why wasn't it done on their end before it was shipped? This is far from my first rodeo, and the guitar had a terrible set up, and the Flintstones-era strings were just kind of an insult. There was some talk of a refund being possible, followed by crickets. After our initial correspondence following my receiving the poor instrument, they simply stopped responding. So, I'm going to be out north of $300 to make this guitar playable again. Sadder but wiser. I wouldn't buy from them again.
