Considering the circumstances, I applaud Robbie for his assistance and professionalism. Now, the bad. Unable to speak with anyone, I felt it necessary to to go to their physical location. I asked Robbie if there was some way he could compensate me for my time and trouble. He declined saying that he could not authorize any compensation. My expectation would have been a free t-shirt, or maybe a set of strings, perhaps a few guitar picks, a discount on a future purchase - a small item of nominal value to their organization to keep a customer happy. Well, once I recieved it and played it thoroughly, it was anything but excellent. Noisy, crackling, popping, heating up fast..etc..etc. I contacted Edward, he was real polite, attentive, and willing to help fix the various issues. They amp was Red Plating beyond belief! Edward changed the tubes, biased the amp, located the bad cap-culprit causing the issue and did it all for an excellent price!
