She was extremely inflexible, and nickle and dimes you to near death. After paying $199 for the first month, 1/2 of the 2nd month ( after much negotiation ), and $25 enrollment ) she never made a time a time to learn piano that was doable for our family. It had to be with a group which is nearly impossible to coordinate with other families. It seems she is very good at charging bogus charges and finding reasons NOT to return money that is rightfully not hers. Beware!
