This was the most amazing parking experience I've ever had! We were going on a two-week trip, and it made sense to use one of the remote lots to save a few dollars versus the on-site airport parking. For an amount just over $10 per day, we made a reservation at WallyPark, pulled in using the QR code that was provided, and we were immediately picked up by the kindest man - I think his name is Tim, I just know he's a hobby baker in his spare time. He took our bags right from our trunk into the shuttle, reminded us both where we parked and describe to us how to exit when we returned, and we were immediately off to the airport just about a mile away. When we returned, our car was in pristine condition, protected for 2 weeks by the covering that kept the car clean and cool. The shuttle driver who picked us up again took our luggage from the shuttle and placed it back in our trunk, and we were off to return home exiting the lot using the same QR code with which we entered. With pricing that beats the airport, door-to-door service, the protection from direct sunlight on the car, and kind service, this is our new go-to parking spot for our trips departing from Jacksonville. read more

WallyPark spaces are covered. this is very important to me due to Jacksonville hot hot sun. The shuttle to the airport is super convenient, they come pick you up from your parking spot. They have shuttle waiting at the airport to take you back to your car. Zel was my shuttle driver. He was very helpful with loading and unloading my luggage's, very friendly. I am giving a 4 stars instead of 5 since I got charge an extra day due to 2 hours late. Totally not under my controls with delay of my plane. read more

As soon as we pulled into a parking space the van to transport us to the airport was immediately there to pick us up. When we returned today Zel was there to pick us up. He handled our luggage, and was very friendly and courteous. He quickly returned us to our car and offered to load our luggage into our car. 1st time user sold on WallyPark bc of our driver, Zack's excellent service. W/ a personable & engaging manner, he went above & beyond our expectations. After promptly picking us up & dropping us off @ our car, on his own initiative & to our surprise & immense gratitude, he waited while we opened our trunk & then loaded our luggage in before driving away. A short while later, he went out of his way again when he appeared seemingly out of nowhere at the pay machine where I was repeatedly & unsuccessfully inserting ccs (unwittingly the wrong way) @ the exit gate so I cld pay & leave. W/in seconds, he showed me how to do it & I was on my way home. I don't know where Zak was when he came to help @ the exit gate, but I hadn't seen him. He could've gone on his way & left me to use the help phone w/ me being none the wiser. I used Wally Park for the first time on a business trip out of JAX. Their app worked well, no problem making a reservation. You scan your reservation when arriving, park in a numbered slot, and as soon as you are out of the car there is a shuttle waiting for you right at your car. They give you a card to stick in your wallet with the slot number where you parked - so you don't forget. It also has instructions for texting them when you arrive back at the airport. As soon as I exited baggage claim - there was the shuttle waiting to go. Christine was a great driver and very personable. Once again, you scan your reservation on the way out to open the gate, and you are on your way. Reasonable prices and excellent service. I will use them again! read more

Wow! This is the nicest car park I've ever been to! Leon was so fun and helpful with great conversation and fast pickup of bags and transport. Very impressed with the amount of covered parking, ease of entry, speed of shuttle pick up. I think it was about 7$ a day for the parking. It's only 5 min from the airport too. read more

This WallyPark place is a Scam to me, my first time using them well I made a reservation to park my car there, heading there I get a text saying my flight had been canceled because of a fire at the airport so I called this place to let them know the situation, but anyway they already knew so I asked them about a refund they told me No, they can only give me POINTS ,in which I can Redeem I say this why are you all charging people on their CREDIT CARDS before you enter your parking garage, Where I come from Houston TX none of the airport outside parking do this you scan your reservation get a ticket and you go park with 24/7 days a week attendant and the shuttle pick you up by your car, now when leaving you scan your reservation with the Barcode and that's when you pay when leaving now that's the proper way of doing things.. I'm so SORRY I WANT BE USING THESE PEOPLE OR PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM IM SURPRISED MORE PEOPLE HAVEN'T CAUGHT TIME MY FIRST TIME TRYING TO USE THEM AND I CAUGHT IT.. And the WallyPark shuttle (Zel) to pick you up upon your return and was waiting right outside of baggage claim in JAX takes you right to your car. If I could rate this place and their garbage management zero stars, I would. After renting from Ace rental, I discovered I couldn't drop the car at JIA. (They initially told me I could) After some well placed frustration Ace got on the phone and found this WallyParking dump and arranged for me to park it there. When I got there, I was told to ask for Frankie the manager. He was nice enough taking the keys from me. BUT, he refused to give me a receipt for the car. At first I didn't care, but after about 2 minutes I realized all the liability I was opening myself up to. When I pressed him, he said "take a picture of me holding the key, that's good enough!" I kept pressing, and he eventually called his contact at Ace who explained to me since they were doing me a favor and the lot wasn't the real drop-off, he couldn't write me a receipt. AITA for wanting the receipt? What if Frankie decided to joyride Ferris-Bueller-Style? Or if Ace decided to charge me an extra day, or week? What if damages were incurred after I dropped it? SOOOO, as Frankie had the Ace guy on speakerphone in front of an office full of people, and in the face of utter obstinance on the part of both of them, I was forced to get the keys back, rebook my flight, and leave out of Orlando. I won't land till almost midnight, and by the time I get home it'll almost be a 24 hour day.... If I was missing my feet from a horrific shark-bite incident, I'd rather waddle on my nubs all over this country than get a car/park with these clowns ever again. I'm adding the pic of Frankie to show this is what he told me to use as proof I dropped the car. Would this really hold up should he have chosen to do what he wanted with the car??
